Lodge Description
Woodlands has a spacious feel with beautiful sea views from the open plan living area.
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a coffee machine, dish washer and washer/dryer machine.
The dining area has an eight seater table and chairs.
The lounge has an electric fireplace, three seater sofa, two large arm chairs, a cane chair and a 55” Smart TV. There is a sliding door from the lounge opening up onto a large deck with a 4 seat outdoor table, chairs and parasol.
There are two bedrooms, one king and one twin. Both bedrooms have walk in wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en suite with shower, basin and toilet. The family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet.
There are two parking bays outside the lodge and a ramp leads from the parking onto the deck to the front door.
Linen and towels are provided and WiFi is included.
BOOKINGS:
Woodlands is available for full weeks or shorter breaks with a minimum 3 night stay.
To book your dates a £100 deposit is required and full payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
If booking within 6 weeks of your arrival date then full payment will be required.
A £100 damage deposit is required. This will be refunded after your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for any extra cleaning.
LOCATION:
Brixham has a beautiful working harbour and is home to the famous Brixham Fish Market. There are beautiful walks and swimming spots around the area and a large selection of shops to browse in and pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
Woodlands overlooks St Mary’s Bay and has direct access to the scenic South West Coastal Path.
To the left Berry Head Nature Reserve is a 20-30 minute walk along the coastal path and to your right you’ll find the sandy St Mary’s beach and further along, Sharkham Point both accessible from the coastal path.
**Please Note**
There are currently no pool and restaurant facilities at Riviera Bay (as at 4th April 2023). This makes it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. However, if required you will be able to use the facilities at Landscove Holiday Park during your stay with us.
Landscove is accessible by foot along the coastal path or a few minutes’ drive. Passes can be purchased at Landscove.
