‘The View’ is our privately owned, two bedroom holiday lodge for hire on Riviera Bay Holiday Park in Brixham,
The View has full central heating and double glazing throughout.
Walking into the lodge you will step straight inside the utility/boot room, which has ample storage and coat hooks. Also in the utility room is a washer/dryer.
The lodge has a spacious open plan layout with kitchen and living area, complete with vaulted timber ceilings and exposed wooden beams.
The extensive lounge area offers a comfy sofa with a further 2 free standing armchairs
Off the kitchen/dining area, the decking area has plenty of furniture
Off the hallway the master bedroom has a king size bed with freestanding oak bed side cabinets and wardrobe.
The master bedroom also has a spacious en-suite with a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit to enjoy. With a shaver socket.
The second bedroom has a full size twin beds

About the Area
While staying at The View Lodge, you are able to use the facilities on the park, there is a Family Bar with outdoor seating a small Outdoor Pool, there is also a Gym area to use these facilities Passes can be bought from reception.The view has beautiful views out to St Marys bay and Sharkham Point, with access to the South West Coastal Path.
There is a bus service that stops outside the park, taking you into Brixham, where you can catch a connecting bus to travel anywhere around Torbay.
A short walk from the lodge you will find the bustling harbour town of Brixham.
A short drive away you will find Cayman golf, Paignton Zoo and Splashdown Waterpark. Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern and Dinosaur Land are around the bay in beautiful Torquay
