‘The View’ is our privately owned, two bedroom holiday lodge for hire on Riviera Bay Holiday Park in Brixham,
The View has full central heating and double glazing throughout.
Walking into the lodge you will step straight inside the utility/boot room, which has ample storage and coat hooks. Also in the utility room is a washing machine
The lodge has a spacious open plan layout with kitchen and living area, complete with vaulted timber ceilings and exposed wooden beams. There is a breakfast bar and table and chairs to enjoy breakfast or dinner overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need including an air fryer and coffee maker. There is a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. A modern fan assisted oven and hob is in place for those wishing to cook for the family
The extensive lounge area offers a comfy sofa with a further 2 free standing armchairs and footstool. A realistic electric wood burner set in a large recessed fire place ads to the cosiness of the lodge on cold evenings. A smart TV is in the lounge for your enjoyment
Off the kitchen/dining area, the decking area has a panoramic view over the sea and is furnished with high quality lounge and dining furniture
Off the hallway the tastefully decorated and furnished master bedroom has a king size bed with freestanding oak bed side cabinets and wardrobe. There is a dressing table and stool and equipped with a large smart TV
The master bedroom also has a spacious en-suite with a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit to enjoy.
The second bedroom is larger than normally found in lodged with ample room to walk between the beds and has a full size twin beds and wardrobe

About the Area
While staying at The View , you are able to use the facilities on the park, there is a Family Bar with outdoor seating a small Outdoor Pool, there is also a Gym area to use these facilities Passes are required for this use and can be bought from reception.The view has beautiful views out to St Marys bay and Sharkham Point, with access to the South West Coastal Path directly in front of The View. Walk along the costal path enjoying the views for as far as your feet will take you!
There is a bus service that stops outside the park, taking you into Brixham, where you can catch a connecting bus to travel anywhere around Torbay.
A short walk from the lodge you will find the bustling harbour town of Brixham with its brightly coloured fishermen's cottages lining the hills overlooking the harbour or try theexcellent restaurants and bars. Visit the marina and find your favorite fish restaurant or walk to Berry Head nature reserve to enjoy the outstanding views or to enjoy breakfast or lunch at The Guardhouse.
Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth & Totness are all within a few miles to visit. You can catch the upper or lower ferry to Dartmouth and whilst visiting take a boat trip or water taxi up the river to Dittisham, enjoy excellent fresh fish at the Anchorstone Cafe in Dittisham or visit Greenaway, Agatha Christie's home
A short drive away you will find Cayman golf, Paignton Zoo and Splashdown Waterpark. Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern and Dinosaur Land are around the bay in beautiful Torquay
There is so much to see and visit in and around Brixham you will be spoilt for choice!
