Lodge Description
‘The View’ is our privately owned, two bedroom holiday lodge for hire on Riviera Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, boasting panoramic sea views and beyond.
This prestige rental at Riviera Bay, will feel like being transported into a luxurious, cosy retreat in beautiful Brixham.
The View Lodge is a superior Lodge with French doors leading out to the decking, where you can dine and relax outside, whilst enjoying the beautiful views out to sea.
The View has full central heating and double glazing throughout.
Walking into the lodge you will step straight inside the utility/boot room, which has ample storage and coat hooks; perfect to store all your outdoor gear after a long coastal walk. Also in the utility room is a washer/dryer.
The lodge has a spacious open plan layout with kitchen and living area, complete with vaulted timber ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The large kitchen area to the front has a 6 seater dining table and chairs, along with an island with two stools. Within the kitchen there is a freestanding fridge-freezer, an integrated dishwasher, microwave, five burner hob and an oven/grill. We also have a Ninja air fryer and plenty of storage throughout.
The extensive lounge area offers a comfy sofa with a further 2 free standing armchairs, coffee table with a feature fireplace with an electric log fire and a smart tv . Off the lounge there are floor to ceiling windows to admire the view, if you fancy some time relaxing, this is the perfect place to go.
Off the kitchen/dining area, the decking area has plenty of furniture to enjoy, to chill and unwind after a busy day, with a comfy dining set to enjoy alfresco dining on the other side of the decking there is a 3 seater sofa to relax and enjoy the view.
Off the hallway the master bedroom has a king size bed with superior mattress, with freestanding oak bed side cabinets, free standing oak wardrobes and chest of drawers, along with a dressing table and stool and tv, with usb sockets.
The master bedroom also has a spacious en-suite with a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit to enjoy. With a shaver socket.
The second bedroom has a full size twin bed with superior mattress, free standing oak bed side tables, and fitted wardrobes. With usb sockets.
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, a sink and toilet, along with plenty of storage. There is also a mirror with overhead lighting.
There are two parking spaces right behind the lodge.
Bed linen is provided and all beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Hand towels and shower towels are also included.
We require £50 deposit to secure the booking with the final balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
We also require a £100 security deposit with the final payment, which will be fully refunded 48 hours after your departure once the lodge has been cleaned and checked by housekeeping and everything found to be in good order.

About the Area
While staying at The View Lodge, you are able to use the facilities on the park, there is a Family Bar with outdoor seating a small Outdoor Pool, there is also a Gym area to use these facilities Passes can be bought from reception.The view has beautiful views out to St Marys bay and Sharkham Point, with access to the South West Coastal Path, Berry Head is only a short walk away where you will also find the Guardhouse Café, Here you will be able to enjoy the beautiful views of Torbay.
There is a bus service that stops outside the park, taking you into Brixham, where you can catch a connecting bus to travel anywhere around Torbay.
A short walk from the lodge you will find the bustling harbour town of Brixham, Brixham is a quintessential English harbour with a colourful and vibrant feel all year round, making it ideal for a holiday with the family. Walking around the picturesque harbour you will find plenty of beautiful restaurants/cafes to quench your thirst and appetite.
A short drive away you will find Cayman golf, Paignton Zoo and Splashdown Waterpark. Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern and Dinosaur Land are around the bay in beautiful Torquay where you will also find more lovely restaurants around the harbour to sit and enjoy the view. There are crazy golfs to be found in Paignton and Torquay. If you are into fishing you can fish off Breakwater for a bit of peace and quiet. You can enjoy regular ferry trips to Torquay or Dartmouth from Brixham harbour.
