Lodge Description

Sea La Vie Lodge is our beautiful, superior, private rented two bedroom, holiday lodge to let, which will feels like a real home away from home.

Situated on Riviera Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, our holiday lodge boasts outstanding views to St Marys Bay, Sharkham and beyond.

The lodge is a luxurious Lodge with bi-fold patio doors leading out to the decking, where you can dine or relax outside enjoying the uninterrupted views out to sea.

Sea La Vie Lodge has full central heating and double glazed windows and doors throughout.

It has a spacious, open plan layout, with a large kitchen area at the rear of the lodge, complete with an island in the middle, a 4 seat dining table, an American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, five burner hob and oven/grill, plus plenty of storage space.

Throughout the open plan living space there are oak beams to give a cosy feel. The generous lounge area offers a 3 seater sofa with a further 2 freestanding chairs. There's also a coffee table and electric fire, along with a a media wall containing a wall-mounted Smart TV. Off the lounge is a set of bi-fold doors which lead to a snug area with a set of patio doors onto the decking. This area also has a sofa bed, so it can be turned into an extra bedroom - or if you fancy some alone time relaxing, this is the perfect place to go.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in dressing area with fitted wardrobes and drawers, along with a separate area with a mirrored dressing table (with hairdryer). The master bedroom also has a spacious en-suite with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit.

The second bedroom has two full size single beds, a dressing table with mirror over, and fitted wardrobes.


The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, a sink and toilet, along with plenty of storage. There is also a mirror with overhead lighting.

All Beds are made up prior to arrival

There is a parking space for one car right next to the lodge with a further space set behind the lodge in the carpark.

Bookings

We require a £50 deposit to secure your dates. The full balance must be received 4 weeks before your holiday start date.

We also require a £100 damage deposit with final payment, which will be fully refunded 48 hours after your departure, once the lodge has been checked by housekeeping and no loss, damage and/or breakages found or the need for an excessive clean.


Location


Sea la Vie Lodge, has uninterrupted front row views out to St Mary’s Bay and Sharkham Point. With access to the South Coast Path, Berry Head is only a short walk away where along the Coastal Path you will find the Guardhouse Café offering panoramic views of Torbay.

There is a bus service that stops outside the park, taking you into Brixham, where you can catch a connecting bus to travel anywhere around Torbay.

A short drive away is the famous Paignton Zoo and Splashdown Waterpark.

In Torquay there is Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern and Dinosaur Land. If you like a game of crazy golf there is Pirate Golf on Paignton seafront and Jungle Golf in Torquay.

If you like water sports you can hire a jet ski from Brixham Harbour or you can go fishing off Breakwater for a bit of peace and tranquillity.

If you fancy a day out, there is a ferry service to Torquay or Dartmouth where you can also catch the steam train back to Brixham at the end of the day.
