Exceptional spacious and modern holiday lodge that is fully central heated and double glazed with modern interior including ceiling speakers with radio, fully equipped kitchen
With dishwasher and washing machine.
In the lounge is a 43 TV and DVD player, plus an extra TV’s in each of the bedroom.

From the lounge, patio doors lead to a wraparound decking; there is plenty of grassed space for the children to play. There is a rattan garden furniture set.
There is one king bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms. One of the twins rooms can be made into a second double. Both bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes
Short breaks are available from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday, plus full weeks starting either Monday or Friday.
Bedding and towels supplied for max 4 guests plus travel cot ( not supplied )
A deposit of £100 payable on booking, with balance (along with a £100 refundable security bond) payable 6 weeks before occupancy. The security bond will be refunded if no damage, loss found and no excess cleaning required.
We accept small non-shedding dog please enquiry for additional terms at an additional cost of £25 per dog. Dogs have an additional refundable care bond of £100 making max £200 bond.

You must be mindful of the neighbouring lodges while in site and no loud late night noise. If security is called you will be asked to leave with no refund.

No electric car charging from the lodge if you are found to be charging your car I will not refund the care bond and you will
Be asked to leave. Car chargers are available in the man car park.
Strictly no smoking in the lodge or on the decking.
Outdoor seating cushions must be brought in at night and must not be left wet at the end of your stay.
If you have any breakages while there please let me know and I can replace before the next guests arrive.

About the Area
Lakeland is an all action Haven site with a lake, golf course and plenty of activities for children and adults.There's a large entertainment complex with showbar and the Mash and Barrel family bar which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. There is also a fish bar on site.
The outdoor pool is lovely from late May to September, weather dependent. There is also a great indoor pool with a small paddling pool attached. The pool also has water jets.
There is a full range of activities on site, including archery, paddle boats, canoeing lessons in the indoor pool, fencing lessons and bike hire. There are also children's clubs running activities throughout the day, most of which are free although some are at an additional cost, along with numerous children's play parks around the grounds with a great selection of swings and climbing frames. There is also a full compliment of entertainment staff each day to keep the children entertained.
There is a large games field with a basketball court and football pitch, complete with nets, as well tennis courts, pitch and putt, outdoor bowls, a small indoor 10 pin bowling alley and crazy golf.
Please note that entertainment passes are not included in the cost of the holiday.
You will not be disappointed in the lodge or the facilities on site.
No passes required if you only want to use the Wetherspoon public house on site but for the entertainment and swimming passes are required
The local village is a mile from site where you will find local chemist, post office, shop, fish bar and a few public houses that serve food throughout the day, which are also child friendly.
