This exceptionally large and spacious modern holiday lodge 43ft x20ft for hire on Haven's Lakeland Leisure Park is fully central heated and double glazed with a modern interior and decking with furniture.
It offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a comfortable lounge with a 43" TV and DVD player.
The two bedrooms comprise one double with king size bed and one twin with 3ft wide single beds. These can be pushed together to make another king. both bedrooms having a TV.

Bookings & Conditions
Short breaks are available from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday
Full weeks start either on Monday or Friday.
A deposit of £100 is required upon booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
Along with the final payment a £100 refundable security bond will be required, which will be refunded following inspection of the holiday lodge after your departure as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean.
We accept small non-shedding dog, but please enquire for additional terms. This will incur an additional cost of £25 per dog. Dogs also have an additional refundable care bond of £100 making max £200 bond.

About the Area
Lakeland is an all action Haven site with a lake, golf course and plenty of activities for children and adults.There's a large entertainment complex with showbar and the Mash and Barrel family bar which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. There is also a fish bar on site.
The outdoor pool is lovely from late May to September, weather dependent. There is also a great indoor pool with a small paddling pool attached. The pool also has water jets.
There is a full range of activities on site, including archery, paddle boats, canoeing lessons in the indoor pool, fencing lessons and bike hire. There are also children's clubs running activities throughout the day, most of which are free although some are at an additional cost, along with numerous children's play parks around the grounds with a great selection of swings and climbing frames. There is also a full compliment of entertainment staff each day to keep the children entertained.
There is a large games field with a basketball court and football pitch, complete with nets, as well tennis courts, pitch and putt, outdoor bowls, a small indoor 10 pin bowling alley and crazy golf.
Please note that entertainment passes are not included in the cost of the holiday.
You will not be disappointed in the lodge or the facilities on site.
No passes required if you only want to use the Wetherspoon public house on site but for the entertainment and swimming passes are required
The local village is a mile from site where you will find local chemist, post office, shop, fish bar and a few public houses that serve food throughout the day, which are also child friendly.
