Caravan Description

This Lake District caravan for hire benefits from full central heating and double glazing, and is situated in a quiet area of the park near the Bay Walk. There’s also a large, grassed area to the back of the caravan

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs and includes an air fryer and coffee machine. For your convenience we also provide coffee, tea bags, sugar, a tea towel, washing up liquid, sponge, bin bags and anti-bacterial wipes.

There is a TV in both the lounge and main bedroom. We also have a PlayStation 2 with games, along with books and DVDs for our guests use

There caravan has a shower room and two toilets. We provide toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

There is also an iron, ironing board, vacuum and hairdryer available for your use.

Outside we have a full wraparound decking with lots of outside seating, including an egg chair, rattan seats, a dining table and chairs.

There is also a private parking space alongside.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, bed linen is NOT included in our rental price, although we can provide bed linen at an additional cost if required (£12 per king size and £6 per single).

There is Wi-Fi in the caravan.

We can also supply a travel cot, highchair and a pram with rain cover if needed for a slight extra cost.



Bookings & Conditions

Breaks are available from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday, plus full weeks starting either Monday or Friday. We give discounts for breaks that are a week or more.

NO pets allowed.

NO smoking or vaping allowed.

We take £25 to book then once booking details are returned the online Haven booking is done. This is when you will receive Haven's official email and passes can be purchased if required.

Final payment is due 8 weeks before the break. If booking later than 8 weeks before, full payment is due after the official Haven confirmation has been received.

Passes are NOT included in our rental price.

Passes are not needed for Wetherspoons, the arcade, the parks or takeaways. However, they are required for swimming and entertainment.

An additional £50 security bond is needed. This is returned if there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean. This can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.

Information on Terms & conditions and cancellation charges are sent after the £25 booking deposit has been paid.

Please Note: Prices are for a maximum of 6 people, with no bed linen and no passes included.
