Welcome to Bowness! This beautiful 3 bedroom Bordeaux is sited on the latest development at Haven's Lakeland Holiday Park; in a nice peaceful area close to the activity lake.

The Bowness area is so peaceful and close to the activity lake. It is roughly an 8-10 minute walk from the main complex.

This dog friendly caravan at Lakeland Holiday Park, boasts probably the quietest pitch which is close to the end of the cul-de-sac, meaning a peaceful night to relax without traffic passing through.

My family and I went on holiday to Lakeland in July 2024 and all fall in love with the site and surrounding areas, so in the following September I purchased this beautiful caravan.

The caravan sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has a double bed, 32" TV, lots of storage and an en-suite bathroom. The further two bedrooms each has two single beds. The beds in one of the rooms can be made into a double bed if preferred. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed within the 3 seater sofa.

The living room has a 3 and a 2 seater sofa, a 43" TV and Wi-Fi available for guests to use. Patio doors lead out to the decking area, which is perfect for that first morning coffees or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes amenities from a full fridge freezer to a gas oven, along with all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you may need.

We are a dog friendly caravan for up to 2 well behaved dogs.

In addition to the cost of the caravan hire, a £100 security bond will be required. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure, subject to the caravan being checked and no loss, damage and/or breakages being found, or the need for an excessive clean.

Play passes are NOT included within the caravan hire cost. These can be purchased separately through Haven.
