Our comfortable 3 bedroom caravan for hire on Haven’s Lakeland Leisure Park in Cumbria, is well-equipped with lots of extras to make your stay more enjoyable.

Caravan Description
Our Cosy Caravan on Lakeland Leisure Park is located just a 5 minute walk from the entertainment centre, which has something for all ages.
The caravan has three bedrooms, one double and two twin, along a pull-out double bed in the living room (if required) so the caravan will comfortably sleep eight guests.
Please note that bed linen is provided, but we don't provide towels.
The main bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet, and there is an additional toilet with hand basin.
The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to cook up delicious meals.
Externally there is a small balcony, patio area and picnic bench.
Our Cosy Caravan has lots of extras too, including Wi-Fi, an Xbox, board games, books, DVDs etc.
Bookings & Conditions
Bookings will be accepted upon receipt of a £50 deposit paid by bank transfer, which is in addition to the prices listed. We will send you a receipt and confirmation of the dates booked.
Payment in full is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Holidays booked within the 6 week timeframe must be paid in full upon booking.
The initial deposit is in addition to the rental cost and will be refunded when the holiday has completed. We reserve the right to withhold some or all of the deposit to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages, or the cost of any excessive cleaning that may be required.
For cancellations within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday, the deposit will NOT be refunded.

About the Area
Cosy Caravan is located on Haven’s popular Lakeland Leisure Park, in Flookburgh South Cumbria.The park has everything to keep your family entertained, a Haven Play Pass is required and you will be able to purchase this as soon as your stay is confirmed (not included in our rental price).
On site facilities include a 9 hole golf course; heated indoor and outdoor pools; a climbing wall; crazy golf; aerial adventure; tennis courts; amusement arcade; bowling green; bike and kart hire; and a boating lake with kayaks, paddleboards and pedalos for hire.
Don't fancy cooking? Don't worry, there is a great selection of food outlets on site, including Lakeside Bay Restaurant, which serves good quality meals, snacks and drinks; Papa John’s Pizza; Flounders Chippy; and new this year, Burger King. There is also a well-stocked supermarket which is open early until late.
The amazing Marina Bar Complex provides entertainment for all the family, from kiddies’ disco to bingo, including some great shows and visiting entertainers. There is also a bar area which shows most sports events.
Lakeland Leisure Park is also an ideal base for exploring the Lake District, with Windermere and Coniston only short drives away. Other nearby towns and villages include Flookburgh (which hosts an annual steam gathering); Cartmel (with its beautiful Priory and racecourse); and Grange Over Sands.
Other attractions close by include Holker Hall, Haverthwaite Steam Railway, Lakeside Aquarium and Lakeland Motor Museum, to name but a few.
