Caravan Description
Throughout November and until Christmas, BOOK ONE WEEK AND GET THE FOLLOWING WEEK AT HALF PRICE. THIS WILL ALSO APPLY IN THE NEW YEAR (apart from half term February) until March.

Our beautiful, comfortable 5 year-old ABI Oakley caravan is in superb condition and available for hire on Par Sands Holiday Park in Cornwall. It comes complete with central heating, double glazing and a fully fitted kitchen. New decking (veranda) has recently been added too.
It also benefits from a 42" flat screen TV in the main lounge and a 24" TV in the master bedroom, along with a DVD player. Part of the sofa in the main lounge converts to a double bed if required.
The most attractive part of this holiday home is its setting. Located on in one of the most attractive holiday parks in Cornwall, the home is literally a 3 minute walk from the beach, which is dog-friendly all year round.
Par Sands Holiday Park also includes a Leisure Centre which accommodates a beautiful heated and fully maintained swimming pool and seating area. Also within the location are tennis courts, a 5-a-side football pitch and a putting green. For children there is a fully equipped play area.
There is a beach bar restaurant on site too, where regular functions for owners take place. Within the confines of the park is the local pub, The Ship Inn, offering a huge selection of beers and wines as well as excellent, locally produced food all day and every evening including their famous carvery, served 7 days a week.
There is also a beautiful lake containing a rich variety of fresh water/sea birds.
The grounds are superbly maintained with mature trees and shrubs with lawns leading down to the lake
The small town of Par is a just a few minutes' walk away and has 3 other pubs (often with live music); Co-op and Spar supermarkets; Chinese takeaway; post office; several small cafés; a fish and chip shop and local bakeries.

Payment is simple. Just a £100 deposit for each week you are staying (this secures the booking) and the balance is not due until 6 weeks before you arrive.
