Our 5-year-old, ABI Elan, top-of-the-range Holiday Home for hire is situated in the preferred area. Eden Way, of Par Sands Holiday Park, just minutes from the beautiful beach, which is dog-friendly all year round.

Our 'Platinum Plus' standard, 38ft x 12ft, fully equipped holiday home also benefits from having a decking area with patio furniture.

Within the caravan you will find a 42" TV and Blu-ray player in the lounge along with a docking station. TVs are also fitted to both bedrooms. The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed if required.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave and gas cooker/hob.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Personal free passes to the local, on-site facilities (including the swimming pool) are included in our rental price.
Due to the current economic situation in the UK the park is increasing prices for 2025. For guests booking before December 31st 2024 I am keeping prices for 2025 the same as last year.

Location

Par Sands Holiday Park is beautifully maintained, with lawns and mature trees and shrubs. It also has ample lighting and security systems in place, including CCTV and a number-plate-recognition entry barrier.

On site facilities include a heated swimming pool, leisure centre, children's playground, putting green, tennis courts and a basketball/5-a-side football court. There is also a freshwater lake, which is the home to a variety of water birds.

A new Beach Bar/Restaurant has recently been added, serving a variety of food and drinks throughout the day. On the edge of the site is the 'local' pub, The Ship Inn, serving a variety of local dishes and specials along with a selection of wines, beers and spirits and a carvery 7 days/week. During the summer months there is entertainment in the large beer garden featuring local bands and, on Sundays, Cornish brass bands.

Regular on-site activities include paddle-boarding, bike rides and planned walks. Also weekly instructions for wind-surfing and body-boarding (off-site).

The site is situated close to local attractions such as The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Charlestown Harbour with Tall Ships.

The village of Par boasts 3 other pubs, all with live entertainment throughout the year, a Chinese takeaway, a kebab shop, fish and chip shop, Spar store and 2 Co-op shops.
