Caravan Description
Welcome to our lovely home from home!
Our Willerby Vacation, centre lounge caravan on Lower Hyde Holiday Park on
the Isle of Wight, has all that you need for a comfortable stay and many of
our guests have returned each year.
The caravan has two bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, along
with a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of
the caravan giving you a bit of privacy if needed.
The lounge has a TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you may need and the microwave
and fridge were new this year. There is an automatic washing machine plumbed
in and a rotary airer to the rear of the caravan.
Heating is by gas fire in the lounge and oil filled heaters for each
bedroom.
Outside there is a decking area and a wooden, bench-style table and at the
back of the caravan is a metal shed with beach accessories for your use.
Linen and towels are provided for you and I always contact you two weeks
before your holiday to confirm details of how to pick up keys and how to
find us.
Full 'Terms & Conditions' will be e-mailed to you with your booking forms
and you then have a chance to ask as many questions as you like.
Please remember to factor in the ferry cost when travelling to the Island,
as this can be expensive at peak times.

About the Area
Lower Hyde Holiday Park is a family friendly site that is well managed byhelpful staff. On site there is a clubhouse, pub style restaurant and bar,
indoor and outdoor pool, sports courts, laundry, cycle hire and the usual
amusement arcade.
You can also use the facilities at our sister site at Landguard Manor, which
is a short walk away.
With entertainment for all ages every evening, there really is no need to
leave the site, but when you do you have the whole Island to explore and
nothing is too far away.
The Island has some stunning scenery, lovely restaurants to suit all tastes,
gorgeous beaches and family amusements, along with a wealth of festivals and
music events throughout the summer months.
There are two theme parks close by, Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill, which
will keep the children amused. There's also the Isle of Wight Zoo, a steam
railway, The Needles cable car, Tapnell Farm, Ryde Superbowl and Laser
Quest, Carisbrook Castle and of course, Queen Victoria's Osborne House.
