Book in confidence with us, we have been hiring out caravans in Towyn for over 10 years and have gained a 1st class reputation within our industry for being trustworthy, reliable, professional and above all providing quality accommodation for our customers.
We are fully aware that every holiday is important and well earned, so we endeavour to provide and maintain the high standards of our beautiful, well equipped & incredibly homely caravans, this has resulted in a huge amount of returning customers that book with us year after year.
The luxurious 3 bedroom Pemberton Park Lane Vista has full gas central heating and double glazing and has been furnished to our usual very high standards, it’s an exceptionally spacious 42ft x 14.5ft, which is up to 12ft longer and 4.5ft wider than the smaller caravans available to hire. It is sited on a prime front row plot and has a wrap around decking fitted with seating. There is a reserved parking bay alongside.
The stylish lounge has a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and an armchair, plus a huge 50” wall-mounted TV and Sky HD connection (you just need to your own Skybox).
The generous size kitchen has an abundance of storage and counter space and is well equipped with a full size integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, 3 tier steamer and coffee machine, plus all the usual kitchenware.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom comprising of double size shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. There are 2 twin bedrooms, both with single beds. All 3 bedrooms have plenty of storage and a TV. Duvets and pillows are provided. Freshly laundered bed linen can be supplied for a small fee.
The family bathroom has a full size bath, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
We also provide a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products.
We do allow same sex family members and same sex couples, but not hen/stag parties.

BOOKING TERMS AND IMPORTANT INFOMATION -
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, this is in addition to the hire price & will be held as a damage/security bond. Your deposit/bond will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure. We ask that you leave the caravan clean & tidy as you found it on arrival.
The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your holiday.
Payments by bank transfer, cheque, postal order or cash are all welcome and can be paid either in full 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday or in instalments.
Check-in from 2.00pm check-out by 11.00am.
Unfortunately your holiday DOES NOT include payment protection or holiday insurance, therefore we strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any losses due to situations that are beyond our control. About the Area
The Golden Gate site has a clubhouse that's free to use, it provides a variety of entertainment suitable for all the family. There is also a new kids zone with 3 story soft play area, amusement arcade, ice cream, milkshake and pizza parlour. An adventure playground, zip wire, all weather pitch, grocery store and chip shop. A brand new swimming pool complex is now open on the site which makes Golden Gate one of the best & most sought after site in the area so please book early to avoid disappointment.Wi-Fi is available on site for a small fee.
Perfectly located, the holiday park is within walking distance of all local attractions: shops, gift shops and markets, including one of North Wales’ largest Tir Prince with over 400 stalls. There are also family friendly pubs, clubs, restaurants, arcades and go-karts, along with a beautiful sandy beach that extends for miles.
Asda and Tesco supermarkets are a short drive away. There's also plenty of food outlets and takeaways close by, most of which will deliver your order to your caravan.
There are 2 funfairs in the area, where an unlimited rides wristband costs from just £9, plus so much more that will keep everyone happy and entertained during your holiday in beautiful North Wales.
In the surrounding areas you'll find great places of interest to visit, including slate and copper mines, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Chester Zoo, castles, Snowdonia, The Great Orme, Anglesey, Llandudno and so much more. Or give the car a rest and take the open top bus from outside the camp gates or maybe the train from Rhyl or Pensarn to Llandudno, Bangor or Caernarfon with its shops, children's play centres and castle.
