Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at my listing. We are an established family run business that has been hiring out beautiful and homely caravans since 2011.
If it's high end quality and luxury you're looking for the ABI Westwood won't disappoint! It's a huge 44ft x 13ft, with full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. It is sited on a front row plot with enclosed front decking to keep your furry family members safe and secure plus a gated side decking with ramp access.
The lounge has a comfortable free standing 3 piece suite, 50inch smart TV, plus Sky Q connection (you just need to bring your own Skybox).
The kitchen has plenty of storage and work space, an integrated washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and microwave. Kettle, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, plus all the usual kitchenware. As well as the dining table there is also a breakfast bar and stools.
The master bedroom is incredibly spacious, it has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, large dressing table, 43inch smart tv, plus an en-suite shower room.
The twin bedroom is larger than average and also has a dressing table, plenty of storage plus a wall mounted tv.
All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors, duvets are provided. Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.
The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower above, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
We provide a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, Shark upright vacuum cleaner & cleaning products.
Private Wi-Fi is provided free of charge in all our vans.
The Westwood sleeps up to 5 people but the 5th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry.
DOGS - We have a dog ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs to stay in this caravan (FREE of charge). We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus caravans can become very hot in the warm weather.

Terms & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation, so we would strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover such an eventuality.The deposit is held as a security bond and will be be fully refunded within 10 days of your departure once the caravan has been checked following your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean.
The full balance must be received no later than 4 weeks before the start date.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or by card payment over the phone to the Golden Gate site.
PLEASE NOTE- your holiday DOES NOT include payment protection or holiday insurance, therefore we strongly advise you to take out your own travel insurance to cover any losses incurred should you have to cancel your holiday.
The caravan is strictly NO SMOKING.

About the Area
The Golden Gate site has a clubhouse which provides a variety of entertainment suitable for all the family. Swimming pool, kids zone with 3 story soft play area, kids holiday club, amusement arcade, ice cream, milkshake and pizza parlour. An adventure playground, zip wire, all weather pitch, grocery store and chip shop. Facilities on the site are free to use except for the swimming pool where there is a small fee.Perfectly located, Golden Gate is within walking distance of all local attractions, including shops, gift shops and markets, including one of North Wales’ largest, Tir Prince with over 400 stalls. There’s also family friendly pubs, clubs, restaurants, arcades, go-karts, two funfairs and a beautiful sandy beach that extends for miles,– there’s so much that will keep everyone happy and entertained during your holiday in beautiful North Wales.
Asda and Tesco supermarkets are a short drive away and there are plenty of food outlets and takeaways, most of which will deliver your order to your caravan.
In the surrounding areas you'll find great places of interest to visit, including slate and copper mines, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Chester Zoo, Castles, Snowdonia, The Great Orme, Angelsey, Llandudno and so much more. Or you could give the car a rest and take the open top bus from outside the holiday centre gates, or maybe the train from Rhyl or Pensarn to Llandudno, Bangor or Caernarfon with its shops, children's play centres and castle.
