Caravan Description
We have a comfortable Gold+ caravan with double glazing and gas central heating on Heacham Beach Holiday Park in Norfolk.
The lounge has ample seating for 6/8 people and includes a TV with built-in DVD/CD player, a dining table that seats up to 6, internal ceiling lights, an electric glow fire (remote controlled) and a double sofa bed that folds down.
In the kitchen there is a full size gas cooker, a fridge with freezer box, microwave, kettle toaster and all utensils you will need for your stay, including cleaning materials, washing up liquid, tea towels and a hoover.
The main bedroom has a double bed, two large wardrobes, a chest of drawers (with a hair dryer), mirror and bedside lamps. It is also en-suite with a toilet and sink. The bedroom is large enough to have a travel cot (supplied if necessary) or a single bed next to it.
The twin bedded room has two single beds that can be put together for a large double, a wardrobe, small mirror and bedside table.
Bed linen is supplied free of charge. If it is a two night stay a double OR two singles will be made up only (free of charge).
The shower room has a low level shower, sink (with mirror above) and toilet. All toilet rolls are supplied.
Please Note: There is a £60 refundable deposit, taken when you arrive and returned (if nothing damaged) when you leave.
Site passes are available to buy from £22 to £32 for a 3-4 night stay (low season) and £32 to £47 for a weeks stay (high season), which cover the use of the swimming pool and evening entertainment.
Wi-fi is available at a charge in the caravan or in the Boat House Tavern on site free of charge.

About the Area
On Heacham Beach Holiday Park you will find a shop, launderette, heated indoor swimming pool (including another smaller pool for the children), a park area, club for the children, and nightly entertainment at The Boathouse Tavern including drinks and food for the family and a link up bingo with other parks with cash prizes. Large TV, including Sky Sports can be found in the bar.Outside the park you are a 5 minute walk from the beach, a café and fresh fish bar and a donut bar.
The shops are local, including Chinese restaurants, a café, Co-op store etc. (about 5 minutes by car). There's also a Doctors and chemist near the shops.
Norfolk Lavender fields are approximately 5 minutes away by car, there is also a Farmer Fred's (playbarn for children).
Hunstanton is about 3 miles away, with numerous shops and entertainment. You can also go on a boat to Seal Island.
Park Farm at Snettisham is approximately 2/3 miles.
Sandringham is approximately 6/7 miles away.
Kings Lynn (town) is approximately 10 miles.
There is also bird watching locally and at Titchwell.
