Luxury Bordeaux Exclusive, 3 bedroom (8 berth) caravan sited on Haven's 4* Seton Sands Holiday Village.
The caravan is fully double glazed and central heated. Decking is wrap around front and side.
There is a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a fold out double bed in the lounge. All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. All bedrooms have a tv.
There is a fully equiped kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster etc. An iron and ironing board are also provided, as well as hairdryer. The shower room has a WC and wash basin.
In the lounge area there is flatscreen TV with Freeview and built in DVD player, a large seating area and dining table and chairs.
A Rattan Patio set are provided outside to seat 8
We can supply a travel cot and high chair if required at no charge.
A £50 NON REFUNDABLE Deposit is required at time of enquiry and Must be paid within 7 days of enquiry. If this is not paid the caravan will then be put out for re-let
Balance of holiday MUST be paid 6 weeks before arrival or holiday Cancelled and any additional payments returned minus the £50
A Damage waiver of £50 is also required and will be added to final balance. This is refundable ONLY after inspection of van and will be refunded within 7 days after inspection

About the Area
On site there is a large clubhouse with daily and nightly entertainment, an arcade, heated swimming pool, restaurant/bar, family karts, archery and various other entertainment.A fully stocked shop and a chip shop are also on site.
A lovely sandy beach is directly across road.
Nearby is Port Seton, where you will find a Co-op, hotel, takeaways and local pubs, as well as a fully working fishing harbour.
Musselburgh is also nearby, with a wide variety of shops, bars cafe's and the famous horse racing course.
A very regular bus service is available from the main gate, which will take you into Edinburgh city centre or direct to the zoo.
Other attractions in the area include, Edinburgh Castle, Sea Bird Centre, National Museum of Flight, Dirleton Castle, the Mining Museum, Glenkinchie Distillery and a huge variety of different attractions for all ages.
