Each of our chalets comprise a cosy lounge with dining area, sofa and chairs and a TV with Freeview.
The kitchen has a full sized cooker hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave oven, and caters for four people. A full inventory is also included, comprising kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Chalet 1 has a full size oven and Chalet 2 has a mini radiant oven.
Both chalets have 1 double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers or cupboard, along with 1 single bedroom with full size bunk beds and a wardrobe with drawers below.
Duvets and Pillows are provided.
For Hygiene reasons:- Duvet Covers, Sheets, Pillow Cases, Towels and Tea towels are NOT provided - Please bring your own.
There is a shower room with wash basin/vanity unit, electric shower and WC.
For your convenience we have also provided an iron and vacuum cleaner.
Electricity is supplied at cost via £1 coin meter (takes new and old coins)
For the health and comfort off all guests - No Smoking is allowed inside the Chalet
Car parking – Parking Bays Close by.
Pets (max 2) are welcomed in chalet J2 by special arrangement (small fee of £3.00 per night per pet payable). Please note: exclusions do apply, i.e. dangerous breeds.
Deposit of £60.00* required to reserve your dates.
Security deposit of £75.00 plus the balance will be due 4 weeks prior to holiday start date.
Security deposit refunded up to 7 days after holiday end, PROVIDED no damages or breakages occurred during your stay, (damages costing in excess of this deposit will be invoiced).

About the Area
Mablethorpe Chalet Park has something to offer the whole family:A site shop for essential groceries etc.
Cedars bar & Restaurant for something to eat or a drink in the lounge or there is the Concert Room that seats round 250 people for the evening entertainment shows, which are held in the main season and bank holidays. Whether you fancy an afternoon drink or relaxing into the night after a hard day on the beach, the Cedars is only a short walk from either of our chalets.
Arcade with an array of new and classic arcade machines to keep adults and children entertained; with everything from slot machines to dance machines and driving games you are sure to find something to enjoy. Outside, there is also a play area for the children.
The site also offers a launderette facility, which are token operated (tokens are available from the site office. . The site is spacious and very family friendly with lots of outdoor space for the children to play. There are also other areas around the site where children can play on different outdoor activities.
Pay as you go, park-wide wide Wi-Fi is available

The fabulous sandy beach, with the famous Sand Train service, and Mablethorpe town are within easy walking distance, with plenty to do and a wide choice of bars and places to eat. We highly recommend 'The Beck' carvery which is about 10 minutes' walk away. In addition to their carvery you have a wide choice of food from their menu and daily specials.
