General Location of Cornwall

Located in the extreme south west of England is Cornwall with its quaint fishing villages, hidden bays and beautiful, long sandy beaches.

Often classed as the English Riviera, the south coast path of Cornwall covers an amazing 149 miles spanning from Lands End to Plymouth. Along the coast you will also find lovely seafront towns such as Lizard, which and the most southerly part on England, Penzance, Mevagissey and Looe to name but a few.

Not to be outdone, the north coast boasts such delights as St Ives, Newquay and Port Isaac, all famed for their fantastic surfing beaches.

Things to do

Eden Project
Home to thousands of plants from the tropical rainforest and the warm climates of the Mediterranean.

Flambards Village
Not only does this Theme Park host the best thrill rides in Cornwall, but a Victorian village too.

Surfing Guide
Cornwall has some of the best surfing in Europe. Every surfer in Cornwall has a favourite beach. Generally the beaches around Newquay are reputed to catch the biggest swell.

Lands End
With over 20,000 square feet of exhibits and attractions, Lands End is more than just a famous landmark.

Tintagel Castle
According to legend Tristan and Isolt, King Mark, Uther Pendragon, Merlin the Magician and King Arthur were all here.

National Maritime Museum
Housed in an award winning building in Falmouth, you will be transported into the world of small boats and Cornish maritime history.
