This luxury lakeside caravan, located in the Sycamore Forest area at White Acres Holiday Park, enjoys one of the most sought-after positions overlooking Jenny’s Lake. Just a two-minute walk from the tackle shop and café, it offers a perfect retreat for those interested in fishing, walking, and exploring the beauty of the Cornish countryside.

Spanning 184 acres, the park features stunning nature trails around 12 fishing lakes. I have included pictures of some of the lakes.

Inside the caravan, it boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, featuring a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space is equipped with a 42" TV and a DAB Bluetooth music system, while patio doors opening onto a wrap-around decking area, allowing you to enjoy the picturesque lakeside setting. The modern kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, microwave, frost free fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation comprises two well-appointed bedrooms: a king-size master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with full-size single beds, all featuring pocket-sprung mattresses and TVs. Both rooms offer ample wardrobe and storage space.

A second shower room is conveniently located off the hallway.

Bed linen is provided, with beds made upon arrival; however, towels are only included on 2 week plus bookings. We can supply for a small fee.

For shorter stays of three or four nights, bed linen is not included, it is available at an additional charge. Message us for a short stay quote.

The private decking area wraps around the lodge, offering outdoor seating with a wicker sofa and parasol, the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast while admiring the serene lake views.

Dedicated parking is available for one car, with additional parking close by. The park strictly prohibits charging your electric vehicle from the caravan.

Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted.

All-male or all-female groups are not permitted, and at least 50% of the party must be over the age of 25.

Only those listed on the booking form may stay in the caravan, and all guests’ names and ages must be provided at the time of booking.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within park buildings and the caravan.

Please note: guests staying in privately rented accommodation are not eligible to participate in any fishing festivals held at the park.
