Caravan Description

Our pet friendly caravan on Skipsea Sands Holiday Park, is fully equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday break, including central heating, double glazing, a master bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and a further bathroom with shower.

The lounge area has a pull-out bed should you need it.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, storage cupboards and everything else that you would expect therein.

Outside is a side deck leading to the south facing 16’ x 8’ sundeck, complete with deck furniture. The deck looks out over open fields, the clifftop and the sea. There is ample parking space for two vehicles .

Our caravan is one of the few that has its own private access gate to the clifftop, offering excellent walks for dog owners and non-dog owners alike.

It is located on the quieter side of Parkdean’s Skipsea Sands Holiday Park, yet is still only a five minute walk from the amenities and entertainments block.

Free Wi-Fi ,and our van has a personal field gate giving you access to the field margins and cliff top, despite the winter storm erosion you can if your agile still get down to the beach

Please Note ..... Bed linen is supplied as an optional extra charged at £12 per bed. Fresh linen will be supplied for the beds you require and these beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

The caravan is thoroughly cleaned between lettings by our house keeping staff. All linen is freshly laundered, including the mattress protectors.

Sorry We DO NOT supply towels.

In the caravan is a folder containing all the information you require about the caravan and its contents. There is also a visitors book for your comments, be they good or bad ( no bad so far) but you help us by being honest.

BOOKING OUR CARAVAN:

The person booking the caravan must be over 21 years of age, and is responsible for their party.

We do not allow all male/female parties.

A £50 Booking fee is charged. This is your damage bond and will be returned in full or in part within 7 days of your departure.

Location

* Parkdean’s Skipsea Sands Holiday Park is open for 12 months of the year for those who like to get away in the winter months. The main season is from March to October, when the bars and entertainments are open. There is also a shop and launderette.

As well as the site amenities, there is the Skipsea Beach Club on Mill Lane that is well worth a visit.
Skipsea Village has a brilliant post office / store .
