Caravan Description
For hire is our brand new, 2021 37'x12' Carnaby Oakdale (from their premier range). Fully central heated and double glazed, it is sited in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Northfield area of Skipsea Sands Resort.
The caravan is fully PAT tested and has a current gas/electric safety certificate. It also comes complete with a smoke alarm and 2 carbon monoxide detectors & fire extinguisher for your peace of mind.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, fully fitted wardrobes with loads of storage space and wall mounted smart tv central heating, and en-suite & central heating.
Twin bedroom as two beds a wardrobe over bed storage and dressing table smart tv & central heating.
Within the fitted kitchen you will find everything you need, including a full size oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and full size 50/50 integrated fridge freezer with wine rack.
The light and airy open lounge has large full size corner sofa with folding head rests which also incorporate a pull-out day/night bed, plus an electric fire with different glow affects, wall mounted smart TV above, central heating and a Blu-ray player with over 40 DVDs. The dining area has a dinning table and chairs. Central heating.
The large family bathroom has a shower, hand basin and storage and WC central heating.
To the outside, there's private off road parking on a block paved area, along with a paved patio area with table and chairs.
We're situated on the Northfield area in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet just a minute walk from the main Reception, bars, amusements, shop, launderette, swimming pool, gym, sauna and all amenities.
There's also a bus stop to take you in to Hornsea, Bridlington and the surrounding areas.
There's a £100 returnable bond to be added to the stay of your holiday but will be returned as soon as the caravan as been checked for any damage.
Bed linen is provided free, included in this are mattress protectors sheets quilt covers and pillow cases, these are changed after every stay.
Only the person's on the guest list are allowed to stay in the caravan any more than stated then the whole group will be told to leave with out any refund.
