Caravan Description
PETS WELCOME
This is a 3 bedroomed caravan which is double glazed. WIFI is provided in the caravan at no extra cost. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac on South Field and the entertainment centre is 5 minutes walk. The caravan overlooks the farmers field adjacent to the coast line. You can take lovely walks along the cliff edge. Please ignore the balloon on the map. The Caravan is at the very bottom on the last road not in the middle of the park.
There is a 32" TV/DVD player in the lounge and is heated by an electric fire.
The dining area is separate and offers extra seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and separate grill, gas hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, pans, crockery and cleaning products.
There is a TV in the twin room. There is a small wardrobe and overhead storage space and an electric panel heater.
The middle twin room has been changed into a single room. Giving more space than the twin room if needed, should you need it this room is heated by an electric heater. It also has a TV . There is a small wardrobe and overhead storage space.
There is also a 32" tv in the main bedroom which has a double wardrobe and a panel heater.
The shower and toilet are in separate rooms.
Bedding, an iron and ironing board can be provided free of charge.
A pass can be purchased at the Reception to use Parkdean's facilities
You may check in from 3 pm and check out time is 10am. (times may vary)
A damage bond of £50 will be charged, this is refundable.

Although Park Resorts close the facilities on the site. The Beach Club just outside the park is open all year round. The caravan can be booked out of season. We use the swimming pool in Bridlington during this time.

About the Area
Skipsea Sands Holiday Park has a lovely swimming pool with sauna and steam room. It also has ten pin bowling, a sports hall,gym, under 5s play area , along with two amusement arcades (one with a soft play area for over 3s). There is also a restocked fishing pond with picnic tables near to the playground.Bridlington and Hornsea are a 15 minute drive away and Skirlington boasts a large market and car boot sale every Sunday until the end of November.
Hornsea Freeport is well worth a visit for a bit of retail therapy. Also Hornsea Mere is worth a visit. It has a lovely, well priced cafe overlooking the Mere. You can watch the Yacht club, rowing boats, fishing boats and boats that do trips. There is also a putting green and a lovely litle gift shop.
Parkdean facilities will be open again as from 15th March this year and close around the beginning of November.
