Caravan Description
Welcome to our dog friendly, 28 x 12 Willerby Richmond; a 2 bedroom 4 berth caravan situated at the Sand-le-Mere Holiday Village in East Yorkshire.
Here we have the latest addition to our expanding privately owned fleet, a very modern luxury caravan, again equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The lounge, kitchen area is open plan. The kitchen comes well equipped with a microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and probably anything else you may need, as The lounge has a large open plan aspect, with a gas fire and a 26" TV/DVD combi with Freeview channels.
The bathroom comes as one complete unit, containing a toilet, basin and shower, and heated towel rail.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bed side tables and lamps, complete with wardrobe and electric blow (fan)heating. The smaller twin room has a bedside table (in the middle) and again a wardrobe and electric blow (fan)heating.
Duvets, pillows, matress protectors and all bed linen is provided.
Externally there parking for one car immediately to the front of the caravan.

Leisure passes for the site are not included in our rental prices to help keep them affordable to all, but can be easily be purchased at reception if so required.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 deposit is all that is required to secure your holiday, with the full balance payable cash on arrival, makes it easier for me to track who's paid what,if for any reason you prefer to pay sooner then this can be arranged at time of booking.
The £50 will then be held until after your departure, at which time the caravan will be inspected. If left as found, i.e. clean, tidy and undamaged, the deposit will be refunded, and all monies will be returned within 7 days of you leaving.
Please note that I am unable to answer the phone verbally before 2.30pm Monday to Friday due to work commitments, but will try to answer any texts as soon as I can.

About the Area
Sand-Le-Mere Holiday Village is an independently run holiday park that enjoyed a massive £4 million investment on park facillities in 2012.On site you will find a brand new leisure complex with family entertainment centre, soft play area for the kids, indoor pool, smaller attached pool for tots, a gym*, steam room and sauna, bar, restaraunt, takeaway and cafe.
There is also a small on site store to supply you with any holiday basics you may require.
Other facillities include fresh water* and beach fishing (doggie friendly beach year round), laundrette*, crazy golf*, Sky Sports, Wi Fi* (in main complex) plus evening family entertainment

Out & About
You are only a 2 minute walk from the on site beach access, miles of countryside walks to enjoy and a short drive from surrounding attractions.
Withernse, Burstwick, Burton Constable, Holmpton and Hedon are 5 to 10 miles away.
Hornsea, Hull (The Deep), Ganstead and Spurn Point (nature reserve) are 10 to 20 miles away.
A bit further afield you will find Beverley, Burton Agnes, York, Flanborough, Scarborough and Bridlington.
