Caravan Description

Welcome to Mulberry Lodge, our beautiful holiday home at Reighton Sands Holiday Park, located on Oakwood 54 with wrapround decking and its own parking bay.

Brand new for 2022, our beautiful and spacious holiday home at Reighton Sands Holiday Park, has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms), sleeps 6 guests. The main bedroom also has an en-suite toilet with hand basin.

Our caravan has central heating throughout, plus an electric fire in the lounge.

Our holiday home has a beautiful and spacious open plan living area, with a 42” Smart TV and DVD player. French doors lead out onto the decking area, complete with seating.

The kitchen has all cooking essentials and even includes a dishwasher!

Mulberry Lodge also offers free Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling.

Main bathroom has shower, wash basin and toilet.

Fresh bedding will be provided, and all beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

You will also be greeted with a ‘Welcome Pack’ on arrival.

We can also provide ‘Special Occasion Packages’ i.e. birthdays, anniversaries or just a little something extra for someone special. We can provide flowers, Prosecco, banners etc. - please ask us for more information and prices

Bookings & Conditions

3/4 nights stays are available to book. We can also offer 7 nights at a discounted rate.

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit, which must be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure your holiday.

The full cost balance of the holiday must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date. A reminder will be sent out to you.

The initial £50 deposit will then be used as your security bond against any loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean. This will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure as long as everything is left as it is found.

Our holiday home is a non-smoking home and we ask you to respect this please. Any evidence of smoking, cigarette or e-cig/vaping damage will result in the loss of your security bond.

We DO NOT accept pets or stag/hen parties.

No disposable BBQs on the veranda

Check in time is 4pm - Check out time is 10am

The key will be kept in key safe, for which you will be sent a code on your day of arrival. Keys must be put back in the key safe on your departure.





Important Information

Please note that the entertainment passes for the on-site complex are NOT included in the rental cost of the holiday home. These can be purchased from Reception upon your arrival you wish to use the park facilities. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.




Location

Reighton Sands Holiday Park has an on-site clubhouse and bar; shop; beach access; a 9 hole golf course and walks along the cliff top.
