Caravan Description

Our luxury caravan is situated to take full advantage of the stunning panoramic sea views, and is located at Ocean View, on Reighton Sands Holiday Park which is just a short distance from Bridlington, Filey, Scarborough and Whitby.

We accept up to 4 guests and a baby (travel cot provided, without bedding).

Fully double glazed and central heated, our lovely caravan even has FREE Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar and table with 4 chairs. The appliances are all integrated and include a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided, as is an iron and ironing board, washing up liquid, bin liners, toilet rolls and other cleaning agents for your use.

The lounge is very comfortable has front opening doors that take in the amazing sea view. It has a corner suite, a large Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, an Xbox with games, plus few DVDs to entertain you.

The main bedroom has king sized bed, TV and hairdryer, along with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a small TV.

Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival.

The main bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.

Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

The caravan has a full, gated, wrap around decking, complete with comfortable patio furniture.

There is private parking alongside the caravan.

Bookings, Terms and Conditions

All prices depend on time of year and length of stay.

To arrange your stay with us, a £100 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Full payment for your holiday will be due at least 6 weeks before the start date of your stay. In the event of cancellation all monies will be returned to you up to 2 weeks before the start of your holiday after which 50% of the initial deposit of £100 will be kept upon cancellation.

Once full payment is received, the initial £100 deposit will be held as a security deposit and returned to you up to 7 days after the end of your holiday, as long as the caravan is left in the same condition as when you arrived, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

This is strictly a non-smoking, non-vaping caravan.

Charging of electric/hybrid cars from the caravan is NOT allowed under any circumstances and will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Families and Couples only.

No guest pets allowed unless on agreement with owner. There will be a £10 per night charge per pet.

No Hen parties or Stag parties, as per Haven Regulations.

Passes are NOT included in the rental price of our caravan. These can be purchased directly from Haven.

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 10am.

Location

Reighton Sands Holiday Park is a Haven holiday park situated between Scarborough and Bridlington. The park caters for all age groups and has a lovely indoor heated pool and outdoor lazy river.

Some of the site amenities, including the show bar, kids’ clubs, amusements, swimming pools and activities (such as archery) require membership passes. These can be purchased from Reception. You don't need passes to get a drink and/or meal from the Hawkwood pub, or to use the on-site shop and laundrette. The beach train and children's playgrounds are free to use too.

Things to enjoy whilst holidaying in our caravan on Reighton Sands Holiday Park, include a well-established 9 hole golf course and lovely cliff top walks.
The beach is fantastic and is 5 miles long, stretching from Bempton cliffs to Filey.

Buses run every hour on the hour to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough, should you wish to venture off site.
