Caravan Description

We are sited in a superb quiet location on beech rise with superb sea views. We're just a 5 minute walk from all facilities and a 2 minute walk from the cliff edge and dog walks with fantastic sea views. There's miles of dog walks, the beach and countryside.

The sunny open plan sitting, dining room has wonderful panoramic views out to sea which leads out to a very large wraparound veranda with comfy patio furniture; ideal for morning coffee, al-fresco dining or just to watch the boats go by, and very safe for your furry pals and kids.

If the weather turns chilly, snuggle up in front of the gas fire and watch Netflix, Amazon or a video.

Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with all the usual modern conveniences.

Down the spacious hallway is the family shower room, with a white ceramic basin and WC, electric towel rail and plenty of storage space.

A further separate WC with basin is next to the two twin bedded rooms. These both have a central lamp table and small wardrobe.

The double bedroom has side tables and a fitted wardrobe. A hairdryer socket is conveniently situated near the wall-mounted mirror.

We have hot air blowers in all bedrooms, so you can keep snuggly warm.

Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking to secure your holiday. See full terms and conditions.

Full payment of the balance is required 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, together with a breakages deposit of £50

The breakages deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of departure if no accidents or damage have occurred.

As this is our family holiday home, if any evidence of smoking is found within the caravan, damage or breakages the deposit will not be returned. Sorry.

A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are allowed but please keep them off all furniture.
An extra charge of £10 per stay per dog.


We provide dog bowls too and probably dog treats !
