Caravan Description

Swift Bordeaux holiday home caravan to let on Reighton Sands Holiday Park. Sited in an elevated, cul-de-sac position, it offers great sea views and easy access to the amenities. The caravan is not too near to the amenities for it to disrupt your holiday with excessive noise. Free Wi-Fi is available.

With double glazing and central heating throughout, you can be sure of a comfortable stay at any time of year.

Manufactured in 2013, our 41ft x 12ft holiday home has been used predominantly for our own use, with the exception of occasional rentals, and has therefore been loved and well look after.

There is a gated balcony, which includes 4 steps. On the balcony is a large table with chairs to sit and enjoy the view.

When you enter our holiday home through the side door you come into the open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. There are double patio doors at the front of the home too, leading out onto the balcony.

The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite, double wardrobe, dressing table and overhead cupboard space.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can be made in to a double, along with a single wardrobe and cupboard space.

Bedroom 3 has one small single bed, a small wardrobe and cupboard space. Please note this room is also used to store the hoover and clothes airer
The main bathroom has a shower, WC, sink and cupboard space.

Reighton Sands is a good place to base yourself to explore this area. It is only a few miles from Bridlington to the south and Filey to the north. Scarborough is little further north, where you will find fab places to explore and great beaches at both north and south bays.

Guests can access the pub and amusements on site free of charge. Other entertainment facilities you would need to purchase a pass - please enquire at site reception for further details.

Please note we will allow 2 dogs if well behaved. Please ensure that your dog(s), or any dog(s) visiting, is/are always kept on a lead and under control while on the park at all times. This is for the safety and comfort of people on the site. Reighton Sands Holiday Park states this in their rules and regulations.

3 night stay is a minimum.

Polite notice: Dogs are welcome to our holiday home, we respectfully ask that their own bedding is brought with them and they are not allowed in the bedrooms or to be left unattended alone in the van.

Weekend and full weeks could be arranged if available, please make a further enquiry with us. Prices quoted is for 1 double and 2 single beds or 2 double beds. Other options available, please contact owner for further details.

Haven Policy - no charging of electric vehicles from the van.
