Caravan Description
We have to rent our family owned Swift Bordeaux with 2 bedrooms, full central heating, situated on The Willows, which is close to all amenities and the beach.
The caravan is a 2013 model, measuring 35ft x 12ft.
It has a large, spacious living area with two free standing sofas, one incorporates a double pull-out bed (if needed), along with a gas fire for the cold cosy nights and a TV/DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There are patio doors that open on to a veranda.
The kitchen area has all the items you will need for your stay along with a full size fridge/freezer.
Our caravan consists of 2 bedrooms, a main bedroom with en-suite and built in wardrobes, dressing table and a TV. The twin bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and shelving units.
The shower room has a large double shower with built in cupboards and a WC.
There is a large patio area on the side and private parking.
* Duvets and pillows are provided. We can provide bed linen too if you prefer the beds to be made up on arrival, at an extra cost £15.
We require a £50 deposit bond when making a booking.
We are happy to accept dogs with a £50 refundable deposit /bond.
No smoking allowed.

About the Area
Reighton Sands is a lovely Haven family site; ideal for couples and families.The park has a 9 hole golf course, heated indoor pool and a outdoor lazy river, which is open during the warmer months. The pools have lots of fun activities for the kids at an extra cost.
In the on site Complex is a show bar with kids'/adult entertainment, the Hawk Wood bar/restaurant with outdoor heated seating area and kids' play area, a fish and chip shop, amusement arcade, pool tables and dart boards.
Also on site is a supermarket, gift shop and launderette, along with a lovely beach; if you are in to fossil hunting it's a great area for finds. There is a dog walking area located near the golf course, with amazing views.
There are buses that run into Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough regularly.
Fun passes are required if access is needed to the FunWorks area - these are not included in our rental cost, but you can purchase them from Haven's reception on arrival.
