Caravan Description
Our stunning 2 bedroom caravan is on a fantastic plot on Reighton Sands Holiday Park, overlooking Filey Bay.
Bedroom one is the master bedroom, offering a king size bed, TV, en-suite toilet and loads of storage. Bedroom two has twin beds, a TV and storage.
The large shower room has a toilet, wash basin and extraction.
The door off the hall leads into the main living area, which comprises a kitchen, dining area and lounge.
The fully functioning kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, cooker and hob with extractor, kettle, toaster and all pots, pans, crockery and utensils you may need, along with crockery, glasses and mugs.
In the dining there is a table with four chairs and 2 stools.
There is a larger than average corner sofa in the lounge, along with an electric living flame fire and a TV/DVD player with a selection of DVDs. French doors lead from the lounge on to the veranda. New outdoor furniture is being purchased in 2017.
This caravan is double glazed and central heated with extra insulation to keep you warm on those cooler days.
The caravan is in new condition and a real home from home.
Bedding can be arranged at a £20 extra charge.

About the Area
Reighton Sands Holiday Park is an amazing, clean and tidy holiday park. It is an ideal base from which to go walking, or to explore the Yorkshire Wolds, the seaside towns of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough and right up to Whitby; all within a 5 to 40 minute car drive.The beach is a 15 minute walk directly from our caravan down a hill, on to a mostly sandy bay, with a Jurassic cliff to one side and Filey town/Filey Brigg to the other.
This park is stunning and one that you will fall in love with. On site facilities include:
- An outdoor lazy river, which is amazing for young and old alike
- An indoor pool, which is big enough to swim in yet shallow enough to feel safe with kids
- A showbar that is being fully refurbished in the winter of 2016/17
- The new 'Hawkwood' with a fantastic dining area outside and yet another park area for your kids to play on. The inside is also great with different seating combinations throughout
- A chippy
- Amusements as standard, but not too big!
This Haven site should be a 5* Park in our view!
2017 will be our 5th season as owners - so we hope we reflect that in all we do.
