Caravan Description
We offer for rent our fully equipped and comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home, which sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.
It comprises of an entrance hall, a large lounge and dining area with enclosed veranda, a shower room with WC, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms.
The caravan is double glazed with a gas fire and electric fan heater in the spacious lounge/dining area. The bedrooms all have heating and fitted wardrobes. The shower room has a heated towel rail.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but we do not provide bed linen or towels. Bedding can be arranged but incurs an extra cost.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, containing a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and all crockery, cutlery, utensils, casserole dishes and pans.
Outside there is a fully enclosed veranda and patio furniture with a spacious grassed play area opposite the caravan.
Please feel free to make use of all facilities and amenities. You will find available , TV, Firestick, DVD/CD player, radio, BBQ, board games, Haven character toys and books. There is a parasol and chair cushions for use with the patio furniture on the veranda. A beach umbrella, tennis racquets and a picnic blanket can be found in the storage cupboard in the entrance area. Two sun-loungers are stored under the single beds.

Passes to access the entertainment complex are not included, but can be purchased from Haven once we register your details with them.
Bookings
A deposit of £100 is required within 7 days of booking to secure your holiday. Full payment is required 6 weeks before the start date. Any breakages, losses or damage will be invoiced after the cleaning team have inspected the caravan on the day of departure. Please email owners to confirm if any items damaged or broken.
Check in time is from 2pm. Keys available from a key safe.
Please vacate the holiday home by 11am on the morning of departure.
Bookings can be for full weeks (7 nights from Saturday to Saturday) - weekends (3 nights from Friday to Monday) and midweek (4 nights from Monday to Friday.

About the Area
Our holiday home is sited on the very accessible Willows area of Reighton Sands Holiday Park. The reception, supermarket, laundry, restaurant, indoor swimming pool, bus stops and entertainment complex are a 5 minute walk away.Reighton Sands is a 'Haven/Bourne Leisure' Holiday Park which offers facilities and entertainment for the whole family. We have been there since 2007 and it is a lovely park; ideal for couples and 'young' families.
It is set on a cliff top with stunning sea views and has direct access to the beach. Facilities on site include a 9 hole/18 tee golf course, a heated indoor pool which has been extended and refurbished with a rolling river (Water Walkers, Aqua Jets and Aqua Gliders are available to hire at an extra charge). There's also a play area for children, an amusement arcade, pool tables, dart boards, a supermarket, a gift shop, a Fish & Chip shop and a launderette.
The tennis courts as well as another 9 hole golf course are to be found on the outskirts of the village of Hunmanby.
Reighton Sands is just a short drive away from Filey, Bridlington or Scarborough, with a regular bus service available from the park.
