Welcome to Beech Rise Retreat, our cherished Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, pet friendly caravan for hire on Reighton Sands Holiday Park, set on peaceful clifftops.

From the moment you arrive at our Reighton Sands caravan, you’re greeted by sweeping sea views and the dramatic coastline that makes this part of Yorkshire so special.

With private parking right beside the caravan, and a secure key safe for easy access, settling in is wonderfully simple.

The children’s play area is conveniently situated not far from the caravan, and a short two‑to‑three‑minute stroll takes you to the main complex, the dog exercise zone and the clifftop paths overlooking beautiful Filey Bay.

Beech Rise Retreat at Reighton Sands Holiday Park, is a warm and welcoming home‑from‑home, perfect for families, couples or friends. Fully double‑glazed and centrally heated, with a cosy gas fireplace, it’s a comfortable place to relax in every season.

The master bedroom includes its own en‑suite and there are two inviting twin-bedded rooms, along with a pull‑out sofa bed in the lounge. Bed linen is provided for your stay, though guests will need to bring their own towels.

The main bathroom features a modern shower, wash basin and toilet, allowing everyone the space they need.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for easy mealtimes, including a fridge/freezer, gas cooker/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, saucepans, utensils, etc., along with plenty of crockery and cutlery for up to eight guests. Whether you’re preparing a family dinner or enjoying a quiet morning coffee with the sea breeze drifting in, everything is right at your fingertips.

The open‑plan lounge is a bright, comfortable space designed for unwinding together. With complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat‑screen Smart TV, DVD player and Xbox, along with a freestanding dining table, it’s the perfect setting for cosy evenings, shared meals and making memories that last long after your holiday ends.

Outside, you’ll find spacious decking to the front and side, complete with ramp access for ease and convenience. It’s a wonderful place to sit out on the veranda, relax with a drink and take in the picturesque views of the sea and neighbouring cliff sides. As night falls, you can enjoy the peaceful darkness, gaze up at the stars and even spot the Milky Way on clear evenings — a truly magical way to end the day.

Bookings & Conditions

Check‑in days are Mondays and Fridays from 4 pm. Check‑out is by 10 am on Mondays and Fridays. However, alternative arrangements may be possible depending on availability – please enquire.

A £100 deposit is required upon booking.

Full payment is due six weeks before your stay, or immediately for last‑minute bookings.

The initial £100 deposit will then be used as your security deposit, which will be refunded within ten working days of your departure, following a satisfactory checkout inspection.

Please Note: Entertainment passes are not included in our rental price, but they can be purchased separately from the main Reception upon your arrival or via the link included in your booking confirmation email. This will allow you the freedom to book activities in advance.
