Caravan Description

Situated on Bay view, our caravan for hire at Reighton Sands, is in a really quiet area that is close to the beach train (2 minutes) and will provide you with absolutely stunning sea views, whilst still being within walking distance of the complex (5-10 minute walk).

Reighton Sands is a lovely quiet resort which has an indoor swimming pool, outdoor lazy river (weather permitting), showbar, bar/restaurant, children’s play areas, shop, launderette, a 9 hole golf course and even a land train to take you down to the beach.

The caravan sleeps 4, with the largest bedroom having a king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and an on-suite toilet. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds. The shower is in the main bathroom with another toilet.

Both bedrooms have a TV with in-built DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped, including a full size fridge/freezer/ 2 drawer air fryer and all the crockery, cutlery and cookware you could need.

The living room has two comfy sofas. It also has a 43” Smart TV with built-in Freeview and Netflix for use of your stay, a separate DVD player and a large variety of board games for those nights in. From the living room, patio doors lead out onto a glass fronted decking, complete with outside decking furniture plus dining table with 6 chairs for al fresco.

The caravan is connected to the internet for those that need to use it. However, it must be noted that this is a rural area near the sea, so sometimes connection can be temperamental though I've just changed provider and it's been working really well.

Please note that this is our family caravan and as a result, has lots of added extras that you wouldn’t necessarily find in a park owned caravan.

Although we do not advertise it as pet friendly, we do take our own dog there, so if you have allergies this may not be the caravan for you as there may be the odd stray hair.

Parking space for 2 cars is available next to the caravan.

Bed linen and cleaning is included in the cost of your stay.

Please note that entertainment passes are NOT included, but they can be purchased from Reception if required. Access to the Hawkwood and arcade is free though.

This is a NON SMOKING caravan and there is a returnable £100 security bond in the booking fee returnable after being cleaned.
