Our family-owned caravan at Reighton Sands Holiday Park is located on Bempton Heights.

This beautifully furnished and immaculately maintained caravan, designed to provide everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. The spacious open-plan lounge and dining area offers ample seating and a television, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Central heating runs throughout the caravan, ensuring comfort in every season.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven with four hobs and a grill, as well as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a full range of cookware, cutlery, glassware, and dinnerware. For your convenience, a hairdryer, quilts, and televisions are also provided. The caravan features a dedicated parking bay and a wraparound veranda with decking, a lockable gate, and outdoor furniture—perfect for enjoying peaceful moments outdoors.

The master bedroom includes a central heating radiator, wardrobe, overhead storage, bedside units, a dressing table with mirror, a hairdryer, a television, and an en-suite toilet. The twin bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, central heating, and additional storage space. The family bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet, countertop wash basin, and a radiator.

Guests can access the main veranda directly through the double patio doors from the lounge area, where comfortable outdoor seating is provided. Bed linen is freshly laundered, ironed, and beds are made in preparation for your arrival. Please note, guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels, including tea towels and beach or pool towels.

Our caravan is professionally cleaned to a high standard, with all procedures in line with current COVID-19 regulations. We kindly request that you take care of the caravan during your stay and notify us of any damage or missing items.

Please be aware that site passes are not included in the hire price. These can be purchased directly from the holiday park following your booking.



Bookings, Terms & Conditions

Standard caravan arrival time is 3pm (Monday to Sunday, non-school holidays) and 4pm during either Easter and summer holidays).

Checkout/ departure time is by 10am (Monday-Sunday).

Please let us know if you have any issues regarding checkout/ departure time. Late checkout after 10am (authorised or not authorised up to 12pm) will incur an additional £20 charge. Please ask first, prior to leaving as this will impact on the cleaning schedule and arrival of new guests.​​ Unauthorised late departures will have an amount deducted from deposit bond.

We are flexible with dates. There are high demands during peak periods (Bank holidays, Easter and school holidays).

Bookings can be accommodated for either on 3 or 4 night short breaks, or longer periods of 7 to 14 night breaks. Longer periods can also be accommodated - please enquire with owner for further details and to confirm prices too.

Electric vehicle charging is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN from the caravan.

NO pets and NO smoking allowed.

Our cleaner will inform us if there are signs that anyone has taken a pet or been smoking inside the caravan and you will forfeit your full £100 security bond - this also includes charging of electric vehicles.

NO hen or stag do parties allowed.

All guests must adhere to the strict park rules. If there are any signs of anti-social behaviour (drug taking, cannabis smoking or excessive noise, violence and drunkenness) the Park’s security/police will be called in. If you and your party are ejected from the site, you will forfeit the rest of your stay and your £100 security bond.

Only guests named at the time of full payment/ booking will be allowed to stay in the caravan and have access to the park at any given time. Uninvited squatters will be ejected, including the paying guests if they refuse to adhere to the rules at time of booking.

Haven restricts access to the park and all guests must be accounted for at time of registration to access the site.

No more than 6 people should be inside the caravan during anytime, including friends and family from other households. Your price quoted will have been tailored to your original guest information and any later additions, if allowed, may incur an additional charge. ​​

A £50 booking deposit is required to secure your date and is not refundable (except for park closure due to Govt. guidelines*). If booking is made within 6 weeks of your holiday start period, full payment is due at the time of booking.

You will also be required to pay a £100 clean and care/ damage security bond, which is refundable upon satisfactory inventory and cleaning checks. Note, replacement of any missing or damaged major item/s will incur full loss of the £100 security bond whilst the damage to minor item/s will be subject to repair/ replacement cost. The loss and replacement of keys or if the central heating, lights or water is left on after you vacate the caravan, will incur deductions of between £10 and/or £20 from the security bond). Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to your account after you have left.

You are advised to take out travel insurance. In the event of the holiday not being taken for whatever reason, there is no obligation on the owner to refund any monies (except for the damage bond).

We welcome back return guests.

* Bookings can be postponed if the site is closed due to Government health restrictions. If you book a break and then cancel you will forfeit your £50 deposit. The latter can be postponed to a future date only if due to personal reasons.

Our caravan is ideally situated within the Reighton Sands Holiday Park, offering convenient access to a variety of on-site amenities. These include a Mini Market, fast food takeaway, laundrette, and direct access to the stunning Reighton Sands beach. Just a five-minute walk away, guests will find the park’s main facilities complex, which features a family entertainment centre with activities such as Pic 'N' Paint Pottery, a heated indoor pool with an outdoor lazy river, arcade games, the FunWorks activity hub, and a vibrant show bar. Dining options include The Hawkwood Bar & Restaurant and Cooks seafood takeaway.

Children can enjoy several outdoor play areas, with the main playground conveniently located near The Hawkwood Bar. For those who enjoy a round of golf, a 9-hole course is also nearby. Guests can explore the scenic surroundings via the local beach train or by strolling down to the shore.
