Welcome to our beautifully appointed caravan, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac at Maple Court within Reighton Sands Holiday Park near Filey. Just a short walk from the entertainment complex, it offers a tranquil retreat with stunning sea views.
This brand new 2026 Swift Bordeaux spacious caravan accommodates up to eight guests, featuring three bedrooms and a fold-out bed in the living area. The master bedroom includes ample storage, and direct access to the en suite toilet room, A travel cot is also available for families with young children. The caravan is equipped with gas central heating and double glazing, ensuring comfort in all seasons.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catering stay, including an integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, toastie machine, and blender. The dining area includes a dining suite and a highchair for families.
The living room offers ample seating, a fold-out bed, and a 43” Smart Fire TV with access to apps such as YouTube, Netflix, and BBC iPlayer. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available. The shower room features a sink and an additional toilet, making it ideal for families.
