Caravan Description
Family owned, 3 bedroom Prestige caravan to let, which is fully centrally heated and double glazed.
The caravan is sited in a cul-de-sac on Eskdale, which is a quieter part of the park and approximately ten minutes from the main complex.
It sleeps ideally 6 people, however it can sleep up to 8 people. There is a double bedroom with a wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage, along with 2 twin bedrooms, each with wall mounted cupboards and a small wardrobe. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
The lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater settee, along with patio doors.There is also a 40" flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
The kitchen has a gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster,integrated fridge freezer, iron and all cooking equipment.
The main bathroom has a large shower with toilet and hand basin, and there is also a second toilet with hand basin.
The caravan has a large veranda with table and chairs, also a private car parking bay.
Piped gas is supplied so no gas bottles.
Terms & Conditions
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is required 6 weeks before your holiday.
A £50 bond is also required. This will be refunded provided no damage, loss or breakages occur.
Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up before you arrive.
Towels are not provided.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price, but if required can easily be obtained at Reception.
This is STRICTLY a no smoking and no pets caravan.

About the Area
Primrose Valley is a very popular caravan park and owing to the many facilities that are available, it is rated as a 5* park.There are ample places to eat on site, including Papa John's Pizza (who deliver to the caravan), fish and chips from Cooks of Filey, West Pier Burger Bar, the Mash and Barrel pub/restaurant and Starbucks.
The Live Bar provides the main entertainment for families with the Show Bar club providing late night entertainment with live bands and acts etc.
Teenagers are also catered for with their own teen club.
Also on site you will find 2 indoor swimming pools and 1 heated outdoor pool, a fairground, boating/fishing lake, go karts, bike hire, archery, tennis, crazy golf and a large amusement arcade.
Primrose Valley is situated between Scarborough and Bridlington and is just a mile from Filey. The beach is easily accessible from the park. Filey beach has beautiful, clean sands and is very popular with people who like to walk either along the beach or cliff tops.
Places nearby to visit include Flamingoland, Whitby, Scarborough Sea Life Centre and York, to name but a few.
