Caravan Description

This platinum graded caravan at Primrose Valley Holiday Park, has double glazing and central heating throughout, so is perfect for those out of season breaks or when the weather is not so warm.

We offer FREE unlimited, private Wi-Fi whilst in the caravan, for mobile phones, iPads, tablets TVs etc.

New for 2024, we allow one small dog too.

Our caravan is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, opposite the boating lake, fair, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and Lakeside facilities. It’s also just a short walk from the main facilities.

This interior of our lovely caravan at Primrose Valley, has been given lots of personal touches, ensuring it offers a more welcoming and comfortable feel.

On entry to the caravan, there is a light, airy, open plan living area, comprising the lounge, kitchen and dining area, complete with sliding patio doors to the front allowing access to the enclosed veranda.

In the lounge area is a large, comfy, L shaped sofa, tall lamp, large coffee table, wall mounted electric fire, L shaped unit housing a 43" Smart LED TV and DVD player. There’s also a Bluetooth hi-fi unit with DAB radio/CD/USB, so bring your favourite music on disc/USB, or stream wirelessly from your phone/tablet. A Wi-Fi router is provided, so you can log in and access free unlimited internet whilst in the caravan.

The modern kitchen is spacious and comes complete with a gas hob with extractor fan, a separate oven with grill above, kettle, toaster, a large integrated fridge/freezer, an integrated microwave oven, halogen oven, steamer and all manner of kitchen gadgets, utensils and crockery - all perfect if you choose to cook for yourself.

Through a door off the kitchen there is a corridor which leads to 3 bedrooms, a shower room, 2nd toilet & boiler cupboard. There is one larger than average double bedroom along with 2 twin rooms. The 3 bedrooms all have a wardrobe, bedside unit, overbed storage units & bedside lights. All bedrooms have wall mounted 24” TVs.

We provide cosy and sumptuous duvets & pillows along with pillow and mattress protectors. You can either provide your own duvet covers/sheets & pillow cases or for a small charge to cover laundering costs we can provide linen and make the beds up for you.

The shower room has a large walk in shower cubicle with a powerful shower, hand basin, mirror, toilet, extractor fan & storage cupboard. There is also a second separate toilet with hand bacon, mirror and storage cupboard.

To the front of the caravan is an allocated tarmac car park space with parking for 1 car, with additional parking close by.

To the side of the caravan is a 24' x 8 ' gated veranda which has a large rattan dining table and 6 chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Attached to veranda is a rotary airier to dry towels etc after swimming.

There is also an enclosed veranda to the front of the van with a Rattan sofa set, which is accessed via the sliding patio doors, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or two while you watch the sunset over the boating lake.

For your convenience there is an iron, ironing board, upright vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, cleaning products, travel cot and highchair

Please remember to bring your own towels, tea towels and a bath mat.

Gas and electricity are included in the price quoted, caravan is supplied by piped gas so no bottles to change.
Please note charging of electric cars from the caravan supply is forbidden. There are public chargers available on the park and in the local area.

Entertainment passes are not included but these can be purchased quickly and easily online from Haven once full payment has been made and your arrival has been logged with the park.

PLEASE NOTE: We only start holidays on a Monday or Friday. For 7 nights you can either check in on a Monday or Friday. Minimum booking is 3 nights.

NB: Only one small dog is allowed as I don’t feel there is enough room for a large dog, to safely move around in the caravan.

Contactless Check in/out - you go straight to caravan so no queueing at park reception. Arrive whatever time suits you after 1.30pm and let yourself into the caravan.



Location

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is Haven’s 5* park on North Yorkshire coast near Filey. It’s midway between Scarborough and Bridlington, which are both easily accessible by car or bus.

There’s lots to do during the day or at night, both on the park and in the local area. Among places to visit in the area, there’s Playdale f=Farm, Bempton Cliffs, Peasholm Park, Sealife Centre, Scarborough open air theatre, Bird of Prey centre, Sewerby Hall, North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Eden Camp and the beautiful City of York.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is an action-packed park with some fantastic facilities, from a climbing wall and Aerial Adventure course to crazy golf and a boating lake. There’s lots of activities to choose from, like archery, the jump and foot golf. There’s 2 indoor heated pools, plus an outdoor pool (May-September). There is also direct access from the Park to a sandy beach.

Also on the Park are plenty of food and drink options, including Slim Chicken and the Lakehouse restaurant.

New for 2024 Primrose Valley opens Haven’s FIRST Wetherspoons pub in place of the Mash & Barrel.
