Caravan Description

New for 2026 is our amazing, high spec,14’x42’ Sunseeker Opulence lodge for hire on Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

It has a large open plan living/dining room/kitchen and it certainly lives up to its name.

We offer FREE unlimited, private Wi-Fi whilst in the caravan, for mobile phones, iPads, tablets TVs etc.

Our caravan is located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Magnolia Court, which is a short walk to boating lake, fair, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and Lakeside facilities. It’s also not too far from the main facilities.

This interior has everything you need and more along with a few personal touches, ensuring it offers a more welcoming and comfortable feel.

On entry to the caravan, there is a light, airy, open plan living area, comprising the lounge, kitchen and dining area, complete with French doors which open onto the wraparound veranda.

In the lounge area is a large, comfy, L shaped sofa plus 2 armchairs so plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably. There are 2 feature wall lights behind sofa, a coffee table, a 43" Smart LED TV, a DVD player and a Bluetooth hi-fi unit with DAB radio/CD/USB, so bring your favourite music on disc/USB, or stream wirelessly from your phone/tablet. A Wi-Fi router is provided, so you can log in and access free unlimited internet whilst in the caravan.

The modern kitchen is spacious and comes complete with a central island. Here you will find an induction hob with extractor above, a built in, eye level Smeg electric oven with Smeg microwave above. Along with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a large integrated fridge/freezer you will find a dishwasher, washer/dryer & wine cooler fridge.

Through a door off the kitchen there is a corridor which leads to 3 bedrooms and a shower room There is 1 double bedroom which has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room. There are 2 twin rooms 1 of which has 2 full size single beds. The 3 bedrooms all have a wardrobe, bedside unit & bedside lights. All bedrooms have wall mounted 24” TVs.

Throughout the the caravan you find electric sockets with USB outlets for charging your phones , tablets etc.

We provide cosy and sumptuous duvets & pillows along with pillow and mattress protectors. You can either provide your own duvet covers/sheets & pillow cases or for a small charge to cover laundering costs we can provide linen and make the beds up for you.

The shower room has a large walk in shower cubicle with a powerful shower, hand basin, mirror, toilet, extractor fan & storage cupboard. There is also a corner shower, toilet, hand basin, mirror and storage cupboard in the master ensuite.

To the front of the caravan is an allocated tarmac car parking space with parking for 1 car, with additional parking close by.

There is a wraparound veranda which gets the sun all day. Here you will find a rattan sofa set ideal for relaxing with your morning coffee or a glass of wine or two.

For your convenience there is an iron, ironing board, upright vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, cleaning products, travel cot and highchair

Please remember to bring your own towels, tea towels and a bath mat.

Gas and electricity are included in the price quoted, caravan is supplied by piped gas so no bottles to change.
Please note charging of electric cars from the caravan supply is forbidden. There are public chargers available on the park and in the local area.

Entertainment passes are not included but these can be purchased quickly and easily online from Haven once full payment has been made and your arrival has been logged with the park.

PLEASE NOTE: We only start holidays on a Monday or Friday. For 7 nights you can either check in on a Monday or Friday. Minimum booking is 3 nights.

NB: We DO NOT allow any pets.

Contactless Check in/out - you go straight to caravan so no queueing at park reception. Arrive whatever time suits you after 1.30pm and let yourself into the caravan.



Location

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is Haven’s 5* park on North Yorkshire coast near Filey. It’s midway between Scarborough and Bridlington, which are both easily accessible by car or bus.

There’s lots to do during the day or at night, both on the park and in the local area. Among places to visit in the area, there’s Playdale f=Farm, Bempton Cliffs, Peasholm Park, Sealife Centre, Scarborough open air theatre, Bird of Prey centre, Sewerby Hall, North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Eden Camp and the beautiful City of York.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is an action-packed park with some fantastic facilities, from a climbing wall and Aerial Adventure course to crazy golf and a boating lake. There’s lots of activities to choose from, like archery, the jump and foot golf. There’s 2 indoor heated pools, plus an outdoor pool (May-September). There is also direct access from the Park to a sandy beach.

Also on the Park are plenty of food and drink options, including Slim Chicken and the Lakehouse restaurant.

New for 2024 Primrose Valley opens Haven’s FIRST Wetherspoons pub in place of the Mash & Barrel.
