Caravan Description

Our Primrose Valley holiday home, is beautifully appointed and located in one of the best family friendly locations on the Park - Laurel Rise. Complete with a private hard standing parking space. Situated close to the main complex area, which is ideal if you want to be in the heart of the park.
 
Although close to the main amenities, the caravan feels a world away, as it looks out onto a small, well-presented and private cul-de-sac. Unlike some parts of the park, cars do not pass by your front windows. It really is the best of both worlds.

Our Haven ‘Silver Grade’ holiday home has 5* cleanliness reviews, and is pet friendly.

Main Features: Open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area, with all the essentials you will need, including an air fryer, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave, full-size built-in fridge freezer and a dining table which seats four.

The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa with a pull-out double bed, a coffee table, and a 42" Freeview TV, plus FREE private Wi-Fi.

The three bedrooms consist of a master double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. The master bedroom has a large double wardrobe, dressing table, stool and storage space over the bed. Both twin rooms have two single beds, plus built-in wardrobes and over bed storage. All bedrooms are fitted with built-in bedside lights; ideal as night lights for little people.

All bed linen is provided with beds freshly made up for your arrival.

The main bathroom consists of a large shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin with mirrored cabinet above. There is also a second separate toilet with hand basin.

Patio doors lead out onto a secure, gated, wraparound decking area, complete with outside seating.

The caravan is fully double glazed and central heated, with the addition of a fire in the lounge.

It's also just a short walk from the beach access, and within a 10 minute leisurely walk of the Lakehouse, pool and fun fair.

NOTE: Whilst we are 100% pet friendly, a four legged friend is limited to one small companion dog only.
 
Bookings:

Check-in time on the day of arrival is 3pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure.

A £50 Security deposit is required when booking and will be refunded within 7 days of departure as long as everything is found in order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.

Preferred payment method is bank transfer, we can accept Credit & Debit cards over the phone, for a £5 additional fee.
 
We offer weekly or monthly payment plans, with the balance to be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival.

We provide the keys through a key safe, which is situated next to the front door; the code will be sent via text or email on the day of arrival.

Haven passes are NOT included but can be purchased direct from Haven. Haven will contact you directly once we confirm your booking.

No smoking allowed in the caravan or on the decking.

We accept one small well behaved companion dog at an additional charge of £20.
