Caravan Description

Lovely holiday caravan to let on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just one minute from the main complex.

Sorry but we do not allow smoking within the van or on the decking and unfortunately NO PETS are allowed.

Our caravan is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just one minute away from the main complex.

It sleeps up to eight people in comfort with three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two other bedrooms with two singles in each and a double bed in the living room underneath the seating. There is enough storage space in each bedroom for your belongings. We supply all bedding for you, so less to pack!

Double glazing and full central heating throughout with a radiator in every room.

The kitchen area is equipped with all you need for staying in and cooking if you wish, with a gas oven & grill, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and enough cutlery, pots, pans and plates for eight people.

There are two toilets in the van one single and the other shares a shower, this has a hair dryer and an iron on the shelf.

In the lounge area is wrap around seating with 32" TV/DVD with a selection of DVDs, books & games to keep the kids amused.

Outside the van on the decking is a table and enough chairs to either eat or drink outside or just kick back, relax and enjoy the sun.



Costs

We charge a £50 damage/security bond on top of your agreed holiday price when making a booking. This will be returned to you within 7 days, providing there is no damage to the van, which includes all fixtures and fittings, upon departure.

You must vacate the van no later than 10am.

You can pay in full at the time of booking or in instalments, but the full cost including the damage bond must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

A cancellation notice from you must be within a minimum of 6 weeks, this will then allow us time to re-book your holiday dates.

We do NOT include Haven entertainment/swimming passes within our prices. You can purchase these online, booking in app or in person at reception when you arrive.

Please book early to avoid disappointment. We are now taking bookings for the 2024/25 season.

Location

As you would expect from a park of Primrose Valley’s stature, all the things you require are at hand including a supermarket with cash machine, fish & chip shop, Mash & Barrel restaurant, Slim Chickens, Burger King, two big clubs within the complex, state of the art pool with slides and water toys for the kids to enjoy all within one minute from the van.

Once you have sampled all that you can, you can take a 10 minute walk up to the boating lake passing trampolines, a climbing wall, the zip wire and a fun fair on the way and then call in to the restaurant to enjoy a meal and drinks whilst the kids enjoy the big screen showing cartoons & films outside, more than enough to keep the kids entertained!

Primrose Valley is situated close to Filey with the old world charms it has to offer.

Bridlington has a funfair, shops and a market.

Scarborough has a lot to offer with shops, an open air concert venue, SeaWorld, two beaches and miniature steam trains.

Whitby with its harbour, Cook’s replica ship and The Abbey, if you can climb the steps!

Flamingo Land is an hour away.

York has theatres, The Minster, the national railway museum and masses of small, cobbled streets and historic houses for you to explore.

There is also a pay as you play golf course on site and other sites close by.
