Caravan Description

Lovely family owned well maintained caravans situated on the picturesque North Yorkshire coast of Filey and located on Haven’s flagship 5 star park at Primrose Valley.

Our lovely caravan home has a large, decked area with furniture and situated on Primrose Field, approx. 5 minute walk to main entertainment complex and a short walk to the beach access and other facilities Primrose Valley has to offer.

This owner also has another other similar caravan located close by all have decking and free wifi.

We have double glazing and central heating throughout, separate shower room and toilet, the home has an open-plan layout which is great for families and couples. The home is pet & smoke free.

Parking by the side of the caravan and free Wi-Fi whilst in and around the home, there is also - on site Wi-Fi.

Carpets are fitted in the bedrooms and vinyl flooring is in the lounge, kitchen, shower and toilet.

The kitchen has everything you would expect for food preparation and cooking. This includes a four ring gas hob, oven and grill with extractor fan, a microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, and toaster. There is also a full complement of pans, frying pans and utensils, along with plates, glasses, mugs/cups etc, iron, ironing board and hoover.

The lounge area is open plan with reupholstered fixed seating. The dining area has a free standing table and chairs. There is a 43" Smart TV already for you to sign into your Netflix / Amazon accounts and all other mainstream TV apps.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins, sleeping up to 6 people. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and bedside cabinet, with centrally heated radiators. Full bedding supplied and beds will be made up for your arrival.

For the safety of all our guests, the caravan has a fully fitted smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as numerous fire escapes through opening out windows.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This must be received within 7 days of making your reservation; otherwise, the week will be re-advertised. The balance is payable 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday.

Fun Works passes are not included in the price, but are easily purchased prior to your holiday via an on-line link or on site at the reception.

Long weekends and mid-week breaks can be booked outside of the school holidays subject to availability.

Location

Primrose Valley is Haven's flagship five star caravan holiday park, offering something for everyone. The park has direct access to the beautiful award winning Filey beach and there are many activities for all ages including 3 swimming pools (one outdoor and two indoor), assault course, boating and fishing around the lake, children’s entertainment, fun fair, playgrounds, amusements, nature activities, soft play areas, foot golf, archery, Segways and much, much more.

There are numerous restaurants including the Lake House Bistro, Papa John's Pizza, Burger King, Weatherspoons Pub, Cook’s Fish & Chips, Slim Chickens and Millie’s cookies, Children Live Lounge and Adults Show Bar. There is an onsite grocery shop and launderette.

Around Primrose Valley there is beautiful countryside to explore and the towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley, and historical York. Flamingo Land fun park and zoo, Eden Camp are great attractions for all the family. Buses to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough can be caught near the Haven reception. Also, there is a Park & Ride for both Bridlington Scarborough.
