Stunning 2020, 3 bedroom holiday caravan for hire on Haven’s Primrose Valley Holiday Park, set in the prime location of Beechrise on this lovely holiday park.

This Prestige/Silver plus graded holiday caravan on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, offers double glazing, gas central heating and patio doors leading straight out onto the secure decking.

It has three bedrooms; one twin bedroom; one children’s bedroom with bunk beds, table and chairs, books and colouring books; and one master double bedroom with TV and en-suite with WC and sink.

The lounge has a two seater sofa, a four seater sofa with pull-out double sofa bed (bed linen not provided), a coffee table with stools stored underneath, an electric fire, 40" 4K Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, lots of DVDs, an Xbox One plus games and FREE unlimited Wi-Fi.

The dining area has a dining table and up to 6 seats.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage cupboards and shelves. There is a full size 4 ring gas cooker with separate oven and grill, a full size integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, Henry vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, storage shelves and mirror.

Outside we have a secure decking with garden furniture. Parking is available to the front of the caravan.

Baby/toddler equipment is available, including cutlery/crockery, highchair/junior chair with splash mat, travel cot (cot bedding not provided), buggy with rain cover and sun canopy, a bed guard and night light.

Beds are made up ready for your arrival. Bedding is NOT provided for the travel cot.


Bookings & Conditions

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your dates.
A £75 refundable security bond is added to your balance and is returned once cleaners have confirmed that all is OK with the caravan

SORRY, NO PETS allowed in our caravan due to allergies.

STRICTLY NO smoking in the caravan or on the decking.

STRICTLY NO fires or barbecues on the decking or around caravan.

Due to Park policy, NO under groups under the age of 21.

We offer the following breaks:

3 nights from Fri to Mon
4 nights from Mon to Fri
7 nights from Mon to Mon or Fri to Fri
10, 11 & 14 nights are available with discount, subject to availability


Location

Our holiday caravan is located a few minutes’ walk from the main entrance of Primrose Valley Holiday Park and the Lakeside complex, where you can have a drink, order food and watch a film on the outdoor cinema screen. Also a short walk away is the funfair, play area, outdoor pool, activities centre, fishing/boating lake.

During the months of November & December there will be no facilities

Park passes are not included in our hire price. These can be purchased direct from Haven once your booking has been registered, or from Reception on your arrival. Your final balance is due 8 weeks before start of holiday. Passes are required for activities, entry to the swimming pools and entertainment venues. Prices are available please ask.

Should you wish to venture off site, there is a bus stop outside Reception with services for Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington.
