We are situated in a lovely quiet area on Beech Rise, close to main entrance
and near to The Lakeside out door activities complex, within easy walk to all other amenities. On park

The caravan has a lovely open space for guests to enjoy all the comforts of a holiday home, it sleeps 6/8 guests comfortably in 3 bedrooms. with a pull out bed in the lounge area

Free unlimited Wi-Fi included subject to network coverage.

One double, master bedroom with a double bed and mattress topper for extra comfort, double walk in wardrobe,
bedside units, mirror, separate en-suite toilet with wash basin and a 24" wall mounted TV and DVD added to bedroom

Two twin bedrooms both with two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside unit, mirror and 19" wall mounted TV/DVD in one of the twin bedrooms.

Travel cot is also provided (please bring your own bedding).
We also provide folding High Chair during your stay. also a Bed support Rail/Guard is also provided if required

The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

The living room has L-shaped sofa with large footstool with massive living space area, a 43” smart TV wall mounted with Freeview channels, Blu-ray, DVD player, Sky dish installed please bring your own sky Q box if you require,
Wii console, with a selection of games, lots of DVDs to watch, selection of board games and colouring books to enjoy.

A double pull-out bed with mattress topper added for extra comfort is also in the lounge area if needed for extra guests.

The fully fitted kitchen has lots of worktops space and cupboards, a built-in gas oven, grill and hob to cook your favourite meals, also a fully size integrated fridge freezer, integrated microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, slow cooker, coffee machine with a selection of pods available to have a drink on us. All crockery, cutlery, all kitchen, cleaning and dining essentials are also provided.

The dining area has a freestanding four seater dining table and chairs for you to enjoy family meals together.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second toilet with hand basin in the master bedroom.

We also supply iron, table top ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, brush and all cleaning essentials.

Outside we have a lovely large seating/decking area to the front of caravan via French doors, complete with a table and chairs to enjoy your days relaxing in the sun.

For your peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm fitted, First Aid kit all provided

Bedding and bed linen will be provided and beds made up for your stay. However, you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Gas and electric is included in the price of your holiday home.

Our caravan is well looked after by us and we ask that you treat it with as much care and respect as we do please.

Private parking is Also available next to the caravan.

This is strictly a no smoking/vaping inside caravan or on decking please.

This is a pet friendly holiday home. We only accept well behaved, small dogs please. Max of two, please.

Hen and stag party groups. Please note: Haven rule!

Please note: Play passes are NOT included in the rental price, but they can be purchased directly from Haven, a few weeks before your arrival.

Early Check is available if required, please ask, otherwise check in time is from 2-3pm.

Check out time is between 10-10.30am please.

A £50 non refundable deposit secures your date.

The balance is payable 4/6 weeks before the holiday start date.

A £100 Refundable security bond will also be required for loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive or deep clean.

This will be returned within 48hrs once the caravan has been checked over and everything is found to be in order.

We do offer a payment scheme to help with the cost of your holiday please ask for details
We Accept Payment Via bank transfer Please.

A key safe is in place, for extra convenience so your arrive is stress free. We will text the code on the day of your holiday.
This saves a lot of time waiting around at main reception head straight to caravan to enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive.

Primrose Valley is a 5* holiday park near to Filey. On site you will find the Lakeside complex and the main complex, with loads of things to do, plus outdoor activities and fun fair with lots of rides.
