Lodge Description

‘Primrose Pride’ is our fabulous residential specification Lodge located on the lakes of Primrose Valley Holiday Park, complete with wraparound decking to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

This Platinum graded Lodge on Primrose Valley Holiday Park has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests.

Situated on the lakes, the Lodge has a nice outside seating area with picnic bench, plus BBQ.

It is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, for a true home from home feel. The host of features includes:

. TV in both bedrooms

The kitchen includes an extensive inventory of the fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, pots, pans, slow cooker, Dolce Gusto machine, coffee machine, one touch kettle, utensils, plates, iron, ironing board, hoover, mop and bucket, plus cleaning materials.

In the lounge we have a 50” Smart TV with Sky TV with all channels (including Disney and Netflix), along with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for all ages. In addition to this there is a Bluetooth enabled, built-in music system so you can stream your music from your phone/iPod if you wish – or just listen the DAB radio.

There is also free, independent Wi-Fi in the Lodge (password is provided).

The master bedroom has a king size bed, along with a full dressing table and plenty of room for a travel cot if needed. It also boasts an en-suite bathroom with bath, over bath shower, toilet and wash basin, which is accessed via a walk-through dressing room at the rear of the master bedroom.

Each of the two bedrooms has a TV, with the master bedroom having Sky, Netflix, Disney and Freeview.

In addition to the en-suite there is the main family shower room that includes a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Externally we have a full wraparound decking with seating for 6 people, plus a large round, solid picnic table and a charcoal BBQ. There’s also a patio area with a large grassed area for young children. Parking is available for 2 cars on a private, block paved drive area at the front of the Lodge.

We also provide a high chair, travel cot and bed guards for your stay, at no extra charge to you,

Bookings & Conditions

The holiday price includes all water, gas and electricity throughout your stay (on a fair use basis).

Any 3 or 4 night consecutive stays can be combined to create a 7 night stay (Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday) - click on the ‘Price & Availability’ tab above to view dates and prices.

A £100 deposit will secure your break.

Balances must be paid in full by 6 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payments by instalment.

All Bookings will require an additional £100 security, clean and care deposit which is payable with the balance of the holiday. This is refunded within 7 days of the end of your stay, once the Lodge and its contents have been checked and found to be left in an acceptable condition.

At the start of your holiday the keys will be located in a key safe at the Lodge, which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queuing at Reception for the keys.

Location

Our Platinum Lodge on Primrose Valley Holiday Park is located in an exclusive cul-de-sac called The Lakes - D section. It has a full grassed area in front of the lodge for children to play, so you are still able to see them.

The Lakes is perfectly located, being under a 5 minute walk from The Lake House, boating area and fun fair. A 15 minute walk away is the main complex with the Funworks entertainment.

There are 4 swimming pools on site and loads of activities arranged by Haven throughout the year (some are free, some are an additional charge direct with Haven). There’s also a funfair, bike hire, swimming lessons, water activities, 3 entertainment bars, restaurants, kids’ clubs, Costa Coffee, Spar supermarket, Millie’s Cookies, pizza shop, a fish & chip restaurant and take away, etc. etc., so plenty to do on your stay.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park also has a nature walk and direct beach access, where it is possible to walk along the beach to Filey in roughly 20 to 30 minutes.

There is also a bus stop on site to take you to Bridlington, Scarborough, Filey etc.
