Our Swift Bordeaux Exclusive holiday home (40ft x 12ft) is a three bedroom, 6 berth model situated on Primrose Field; in a quiet, well sought after cul-de-sac on Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

Our prestige holiday home is just a two minute walk from the main complex and park on Haven's 5 Star Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

Fully double glazed with gas central heating, our holiday home comes with many home from home comforts.

The lounge is bright and spacious, with a flat screen, 42' TV with Freeview, full Sky TV package, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker system, two seater sofa, three seater sofa and coffee table with stools. French doors lead out to the wraparound decking, complete with rattan furniture.

The dining area has a table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an integrated gas cooker (hob, oven and grill), a full size built-in fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and George Foreman grill, along with all cooking utensils, pots, pans and crockery etc. Also provided is an iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom has a double bed with underneath storage, a dressing table with stool, wardrobe and a hairdryer, along with its own en-suite toilet. Both twin bedrooms have adequate storage. All the beds will be made up fresh and ready for your arrival. There is a TV in all of the bedrooms along with a Sky box.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bathroom shelves.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.

Coming with a baby/toddler? A high chair and travel cot is available upon request.

Gas, electric, water and bedding are included in our rental price.
Play passes are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased from Reception (subject to availability).


Location

Situated on the much sought after Primrose Field, our holiday homes is just a two minute walk from the main Primrose Valley Holiday Park complex, which includes Reception/check-in, a mini supermarket, Papa John’s Pizza, a fish and chip shop, Burger King, The Mash & Barrel, Funworks amusements, an indoor swimming pool and both entertainment venues;The show Bar and The live Lounge (subject to availability).

Also on site you will find the new Lakeside restaurant, another indoor and outdoor swimming pool, outdoor cinema, fun fair, laser combat, climbing wall and ropes, fishing lake, go carts, Segways and many more activities.

Just minutes away are the amazing views of Filey Brigg and beach access.

There are regular buses leaving Primrose Valley to nearby Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington.
