Caravan Description

We would like to welcome you to our home from home, a 36’x12’ 2018 ABI Horizon, 3 bedroom 8 berth static caravan on Haven’s beautiful 5* Primrose Valley Resort, situated on Rose Bank.

Being on Rose Bank, our static caravan is in the central region of the park, tucked away off the main road, so no need to worry about heavy traffic. It’s also only a 5 minute walk from the main complex and a 2-3 minute walk from the main park entrance.

The holiday home is double glazed with warm air heaters.

Our beautiful home is equipped to give you some of those all home comforts: all beds will be freshly made up the day of your arrival; a well equipped kitchen that is great for preparing snacks or a full course meal; a comfortable main living area with a dining table, WiFi, 32" Freeview Smart TV with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs to cater for all ages. There is also a selection of board games to keep the family occupied whilst in the home.

It also offers a large shower bathroom, plus an addition separate toilet; one double bedroom with large wardrobe and mirror; two twin bedrooms that each sleep two, plus a double pull-out in the living room.We also now have a travel cot and highchair.

Our home has a secure decking area with a Ratten Table and Chair set , along with ample parking for two cars. There is also a key safe next to gate for quick access to the property, so no need to queue at Reception on arrival.

For your safety, a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are fitted in the caravan.

Bookings & Conditions

Strictly no smoking allowed in our caravan.

In line with Haven’s policy, we are unable to accept groups of the same sex and/or parties of under 21's.

A £50 deposit secures the booking. The balance, plus £50 refundable breakages bond, will be required 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

Funworks passes are not included in the rental price, but can be obtained from reception.

Location

Primrose Valley is Haven’s 5* holiday park in beautiful Yorkshire, offering many facilities for guests, both indoors and outdoors. The beach is adjacent to the park and offers a great spot for sunbathing and having a splash around.

The facilities on site include a fantastic indoor pool and outdoor pool; the Funworks centre, which offers two excellent entertainment/show bars; an on site supermarket; restaurants and takeaways.

For those wishing to explore the local area, Filey is 3 miles away, Scarborough 10 miles and Bridlington 10 miles. Filey is a beautiful beach walk away that is great for spending quiet time with loved ones.
