Caravan Description
**We have NEW furniture on the decking for 2023**
We have owners own Wi-Fi included and available for all guests.
It is an ABI Allerton, 38’ x 12’ static caravan holiday home with its own private decking that’s not overlooked by other holiday homes. There is a large green area to the side where children can play whilst being supervised from the decking area.
This is a family owned home & has all modern amenities, including a digital TV (via Sky box), double glazing and gas central heating throughout. All windows are fitted with child safety locks.
There is a large shower room with wash basin, and a separate WC with hand basin.
Ample parking for guests is available at our charming holiday home.
We clean and maintain our holiday home to a high standard and take great pride in offering a 5* service. We are proud to receive guest back year after year because of our standards. We also live locally & can give you first hand advice rather than you having to 'trust' what you find on forums or google.
Location
Our holiday home on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, is just a minute’s walk from the boating lake, Lakehouse bar, swimming pool and small funfair. There are children’s play areas nearby too.
The main entertainment complex is no more than a 10 minute walk away and features another swimming splash pool, amusements and the main club bars.
There is a pizza takeaway on site too, along with a fish and chip shop and other food outlets.
A short walk off site takes you to a nearby Spar Supermarket and petrol station.
In the nearby village of Hunmanby there is a selection of public houses, each offering its own unique atmosphere.
The coastal resorts of Filey, Scarborough, Flamborough and Bridlington are easily reachable by car or by public transport from Primrose Valley. There is a train station in Hunmanby and Filey.
We know that wherever you are holidaying from you will probably want to walk in, put the kettle on and relax before you unpack! With this in mind we provide tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk in the fridge & biscuits to welcome you.

There is pizza shop, fish 'n' chip, Slim Chicken & Burger King takeaway on site to. The surrounding area also has a lovely food offering .
A short walk off site takes you to a nearby Spar Supermarket and petrol station.
In the nearby village of Hunmanby there is a selection of public houses, each offering its own unique atmosphere (our favourite) is 'The Horseshoe' and if you want to visit for Sunday Lunch we would advise booking ahead.
