Our 13ft x 40ft BK Grosvenor 13ft x 40ft caravan is situated on one of the most sought after parts of Primrose Valley Holiday Park at Wildflower Meadow, no. 20, with double veranda and sea views.

This beautiful caravan is on a fantastic sea view plot on Primrose Valley, with a double veranda and two sunbathing spots. Garden chairs are provided.

It also benefits from having central heating throughout.

The modern fitted kitchen has plenty of storage space and is equipped with all you need for your self-catering holiday, including a gas oven and hob, microwave fridge freezer, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, plus an iron and ironing board and a hoover.

The spacious living area offers an electric fire with blow heating, a TV and DVD player, along with plenty of films for your enjoyment. There’s also Wi-Fi and a freestanding table with four chairs.

The bathroom has a shower and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin.

The large master bedroom has cupboards and wardrobes, along with a double bed and TV. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds.

The caravan is alarmed and has a parking bay.

Bed linen provided.

3 and 4 day breaks are available outside the main holiday weeks.

Location

Situated between Scarborough and Bridlington, Primrose Valley Holiday Park has many facilities on site, including a pub, club, tennis court, crazy golf, restaurant, fishing lake, indoor pool, grocery shop, kids’ club, amusements, a laundrette and a takaway.

There is a bus service running from the Park to Bridlington and Scarborough.

Local attractions include an indoor pool, nature reserve, pubs ad clubs, the beach, a local golf course, amusements, scenic walks and many historical sites.
