Caravan Description
Our family owned caravan is situated on the extremely popular Primrose Valley Holiday Park, near Filey in North Yorkshire.
We are located on Pine Ridge, which is near the adventure pool, show bars and reception area and just a short stroll away from the beautiful coastal scenery of Filey Bay.
The caravan has three bedrooms; one double and two twin rooms. There is also a double pull-out bed in the living area, making it suitable for up to 8 people.
The living area is spacious with plenty of seating, a dining table, gas fire and a 32" flat screen TV with Freeview.
The kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery and utensils.
There is a shower room with toilet, sink and shower, along with a mirror and shelving for storage. There is also a second toilet with sink.
All gas and electricity is included in the price.
FunWorks passes are not included in the price, but can be purchased from the main reception.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking your stay.
A £50 breakage bond is also required. This will be refunded on inspection of the caravan at checkout, as long as no breakages or damage has occurred. If by chance any breakage does occur only the cost of the item (e.g. one glass) will be withheld.
Please Note: this is a family park and in line with Haven policy we can only take bookings from family groups.

About the Area
Primrose Valley Holiday Park has 2 show bars and various food outlets; Papa John's Pizza, Mash and Barrel restaurant, Cooks Fish and Chip shop, West Pier Burger Restaurant, Millie's Cookies and a Starbucks.There is also a Spar shop selling groceries, alcohol, magazines etc., along with a fun fair, boating lake and much more.
Primrose Valley also offers direct access to the beach via a sloping pathway. You can walk along the beach to Filey.
The coastal resorts of Bridlington and Scarborough are a short car ride away.
Bempton cliffs with its bird sanctuary, Flamborough Head and Danes Dyke are worth a visit if you like woodland or coastal walks and lovely coastal scenery.
Further afield is Flamingo Land, the City of York and much more.
