Caravan Description

We have holidays available for 3, 4, 7, 10 or 14 nights with check-in/out days on Monday, Friday and Saturday.

This 38ft x 12ft, 'Prestige' graded Willerby Salisbury Eco 3 bedroom, 8 berth static caravan is located on the Primrose Field area of the Primrose Valley resort; ideally situated opposite Funworks.

Primrose Valley is Haven's 5* flagship caravan holiday park with direct beach access, so it goes out to impress offering something for everyone and great value for money.

The park offers non-stop action boasting 4 swimming pools and new extension with relaxation pool open May 2016. Food outlets include Papa John's, Cook's Fish and Chips, West Pier Burger Restaurant and a family friendly Mash and Barrel pub. There is also an on site Spar convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products.

This 'Prestige' graded caravan with double glazing and central heating, has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests.

The lounge has a 42” TV and DVD player, with a selection of DVDs, along with an XBox 360 and controller. There's also free standing sofas (one a pull- out sofa bed), a gas fire and nest of tables.

The fully fitted kitchen has a 4 ringed gas hob, oven and separate grill, a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, toastie machine and kettle. All cooking utensils and crockery for 8 guests is provided and there's plenty of storage cupboards. The dining area has a free standing dining table and 6 chairs.

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, dressing table and TV with built-in DVD player. Each of the two twin bedrooms has a wardrobe and storage. A travel cot is provided, but NO bedding is provided for the travel cot.

Within the large bathroom there is a walk-in shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second toilet with wash basin.

Freshly laundered bedding with beds made up for your arrival is included free of charge for all bookings.

A complimentary welcome pack containing your first hot drinks, is included free of charge for all bookings.

We have also provided a small collection of books and games console for your use.

Park Wi-Fi is available within the caravan.

Dogs are welcome at no extra cost subject to a maximum of two small dogs or one large - Terms & Conditions apply. Please note that Haven do not permit certain breeds on the site. Havens rules also apply whilst walking dogs on site.

Check in from 2pm / Check out by 10am.

Terms & Condition

A £75 deposit per booking is required to secure your booking. The holiday cannot be held without a deposit payment.

Payment in full is due 4 weeks prior to your holiday or 6 weeks for school summer holiday dates. Failure to pay in full by the given date may result in your booking being cancelled with no deposit refund. Once the balance has been paid in full you will receive email confirmation, a copy of the caravan inventory and a map showing the location of the caravan.

An additional £75 refundable security deposit is payable on payment of the final balance. This is to cover any loss/damage that may occur to the caravan or its contents. This will be returned immediately by bank transfer following inspection of the caravan as long as it has been left in a clean and tidy condition and no loss/damage has occurred. Please allow 3 working days for this to show in your account once you have provided your bank details.

Pets: Dogs are permitted subject to a maximum of 2 small dogs or 1 large dog. Only well behaved and trained dogs are permitted. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Dogs must not be left in the caravan alone for long periods of time and must be in a cage if left alone in the caravan.

Please note Haven do not permit certain breeds on site.

Please note that this is a NO SMOKING caravan. Any evidence of smoking within the caravan will result in the loss of your security deposit

Park passes are not included in the rental price. These are required for entry into the entertainment complex and swimming pool and can be purchased direct from Haven upon arrival if required, at the following costs:

Peak Season 2016

7 nights: Adult £39 / Child £20 / Capped at £178

3/4 nights: Adult £30 / Child £15 / Capped at £144

Off Peak Season 2016

7 nights: Adult £26 / Child £13 / Capped at £128

3/4 nights: Adult £20 / Child £10 / Capped at £108

Child prices are for ages 4-16. Under 4’s are free. Peak season is all school holidays and bank holidays, excluding October school holidays. Off peak is all other times.
