Caravan Description
This comfortable and spacious caravan is sited on the premier area of Rose View with unobstructed sea views across Filey Bay looking towards Filey town, the bay and the brigg. Also, looking to the right you have stunning views of Bempton Cliffs.
This area of the park is populated by wildlife, with plenty to watch in Filey Bay from the waves crashing onto the brigg to the twinkling lights of Filey promenade in the distance at dusk. The sunrise views are amazing.
There is a large decking with patio table and chairs to sit, relax and enjoy the view. In front of the caravan is a large lawned area for ball games, kite flying etc.
The lovely lounge area, with fantastic views out over the bay, has a modern contemporary layout with large seating area, coffee table, TV with DVD player.
The living space is open plan with a large comfortable dining area easily seating all your family, again with stunning sea views whilst sat eating, and a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, large fridge freezer and full size 'range style' gas oven with grill and four ring hob with room to stand your hot pans.
The three bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom with double bed and dressing table area, ample wardrobe, drawer and additional above bed storage. The two further twin bedrooms also both have wardrobes and additional storage.
The bathroom has a large shower (with seat) and hand basin. The separate toilet has a second hand basin.
With central heating in every room (apart from the loo!) and double glazing throughout, this caravan is the perfect holiday home regardless of weather; with stunning views come rain or shine.
Beach access is a 3 minute walk from the caravan.
Also, we are only a few minutes walk to the shop, eateries and the entertainment centre on the park, yet it is quiet and peaceful with stunning views.

About the Area
Primrose Valley has a bus service which leaves regularly to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. Filey is a 10-15 minutes stroll along the beach or 5 minutes by car. Bridlington and Scarborough are approximately a 15 minute drive away. All have good beaches and local attractions.Filey is well placed as a base to visit other local attractions such as Scarborough Sea Life Centre and Flamingoland.
Flamborough Head lighthouse and Bempton Cliffs bird sanctuary are nearby with sea caves to explore.
Whitby Abbey, Pickering and Goathland and the famous steam engine of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Castle Howard, Sewerby Hall, gardens and zoo, York Minster, York Castle Museum, Yorvik Viking Centre as well as theatres, cinemas and local restaurants are all within easy reach.
There are several local pubs and restaurants a short drive from the site.
