Our platinum 3 bedroom Swift Antibes is a top of the range caravan with all the added extra's you would expect from a luxury holiday home. The caravan also has full Wi-Fi for you to use while you stay with us

Our family owned caravan is perfectly positioned on Razorbill as a lakeside Pitch overlooking one of the lakes Primrose Valley's flagship development Seabirds, this area is in such high demand!
This area of park is quiet and tranquil and close to the beach ideal for the Hoilday you all deserve.

The caravan is located at the end of the close with no through road, making it a private, quiet yet convenient location not too far from the complex and all the amenities..

The caravan has a large sliding patio door opening onto a large veranda with outdoor furniture for you to relax on those perfect for those warm summer evenings!!

The modern and stylish interior has been given some beautiful personal touches, giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel.

The spacious living room contains a L-shaped sofa and a clever coffee table that has extra seating stored within, providing ample seating for the whole family. In the living room there is smart Tv, DVD player, Nintendo Wii with a few games, Google nest to listen to the radio or your own music and a ready supply of books and board games to play that provide plenty of entertainment within the caravan.
Plus colour book and pencils for the kids or adult to enjoy.

The spacious and modern kitchen has a dining table and comes complete with a gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge / freezer, built in microwave, coffee machine with pods plus double
Drawer airfryer and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals.

For your convenience, there is also a supply of cleaning products to be found under the sink, hoover and even an iron and ironing board.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms), so plenty of room for the whole family. Each has been individually styled and comes with duvets, pillows and mattress protectors in each room with the beds made up on arrival. The master bedroom and twin bedrooms comes with a TV for those evenings you want to relax with your feet up in bed. The master bedroom also has its own en-suite with toilet and sink for that added comfort and luxury!

The main family bathroom is unusually large and consists of a shower cubicle with power shower, modern sink unit with a mirror and lighting above and toilet and a storage cupboard For your comfort and convenience, please remember to bring your own bath towels

Hand towels, tea towels and bath mat and toilet roll provided for your stay.

The caravan has its own allocated car park space, with additional parking behind the caravan.

All gas and electricity is included in the prices quoted and as the caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating to all rooms, this the perfect place to stay for an out of season break!

Please note: NO SAME SEX PARTIES are allowed in the van and all guest must respect other holiday makers and follow park rules.
