Thank you for considering my privately owned holiday home at Primrose Valley in Filey, North Yorkshire, for your holiday/short break this year.

I have a luxurious, Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 12ft x 40ft caravan which carries the Haven rating Platinum with Decking. It has been furnished in a stylish, contemporary, modern fashion with freestanding sofas and complimentary furnishings. The caravan is insulated, double glazed and central heated throughout, making it an ideal choice for your holiday at any time of the year.

I take pride in providing modern, clean, fresh and comfortable accommodation to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people (with space for an additional baby in a travel cot). The master double bedroom has a full size bed, dressing table, TV, wardrobe and en-suite toilet and hand wash basin. There are also 2 further twin rooms, all benefiting from wardrobes and gas central heating.

Bed linen is provided and I boast that my holiday home is professionally cleaned before each booking, with beds made up ready for your arrival.

The lounge/dining area is light and spacious with electric fire, FREE Wifi, Bluetooth audio system, selection of board games, PS3 and games, 40” SMART TV, and DVD with a selection of family films. The feature French doors lead out to an enclosed decking area with comfortable rattan furniture for you to relax and also dine al fresco.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, along with a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, full size fridge freezer, iron and ironing board etc.

Along with the en-suite to master bedroom there is a family bathroom which has a toilet, hand wash basin and large shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower mixer and sliding door.

Gas, electric and water are included in the price.

The caravan has plenty of outside space for you to enjoy your surroundings with an additional seating area for you to make the most of the sun. A parking space is provided at the caravan.

The caravan is situated close to the cliff tops with not quite a sea view, but you can hear the sea when you sit out on the decking. Access to the beach is only a short walk away through the new "Seabirds" area. The main entertainment complex is close by without impeding on the tranquility, with it's swimming pools, arcade, restaurants and coffee shop; as is the children's play area and site launderette.

Funworks entertainment passes are not included with your holiday as standard. They are not necessary to stay in our holiday home but are required if you want to use Haven facilities such as, Swimming Pool, Entertainment Complex etc. These can be purchased once your holiday has been paid in full via a confirmation link or on arrival at Haven reception.

There is no need for you to 'book-in' at Haven reception saving you time and stress. Your keys will be ready for you on arrival, from 4pm onwards, Check out time is 10am.

There is 24 hour security on site giving you peace of mind.

£50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Payment can be made by instalments as long as full balance is received no later than 8 weeks before holiday date. Late bookings require full payment immediately.

A £75 breakage bond is required in addition, which will be refunded following satisfactory inspection of caravan by our cleaners or ourselves within 14 days of your departure.

A travel cot is available free of charge, however you will need to bring your own bedding for this. We also have a high chair so no need to bring one with you.

For the safety of our guests the caravan is fitted with a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm and opening windows in all rooms providing adequate escape routes.

Occupancy is from Friday to Friday (7 nights) or Monday to Monday (7 nights). Short breaks are Friday to Monday (3 nights) and Monday to Friday (4 nights).
