Caravan Description
Our caravan is available for hire on Haven’s premium park in East Yorkshire – Primrose Valley. The caravan is 35ft x 12ft with a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms sleeping 6 in comfort. There is a main bathroom with toilet, sink and large shower plus a separate second toilet.
Master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Twin rooms also have a wardrobe and wall mounted cupboards. The caravan is fully heated with the lounge area having a gas fire and the bedrooms and bathroom have their own heaters. All gas and electric is included in the cost of the booking.

The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area is very spacious and airy. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, full size cooker, kettle and toaster. There are also plastic plates and cups etc for use outside.
A 32inch flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player are supplied for your use. Radio/CD Player, iPod docking station.

About the Area
The caravan is located at the end of a cul-de-sac Birch Court which is a quiet close on the edge of the park. A dedicated parking space is directly outside the caravan. A large grass area separates our caravan from the neighbouring one so there is plenty of room for the little ones to play. An outdoor table and chairs are on the patio area outside the caravan.The main entertainment complex is a 10 minute walk away. The beach is accessed just off the site about 15 minutes walk from our caravan.

Prices do not include entertainment passes. These can be bought from reception once you arrive on site.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your dates. This will then become your breakables deposit. This will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your break as long as our cleaners have confirmed no breakages / damage.
The full cost of your stay must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. This can be paid in a lump sum or by making instalments. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
Our caravan is no smoking and if any evidence is found of smoking inside the caravan, the bond will be forfeited to cover the cost of a deep clean. Ashtrays are provided for use outside.
Caravan must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. The caravan will be available from 3.00pm on arrival day. If you arrive early, it is possible to get your entertainment passes from reception and use the facilities until the caravan is ready.
Now for the site rules:
No same sex parties allowed on site.
No groups without somebody over the age of 21.
Security on site monitor this very well and anybody found in breach of these rules will be removed immediately.
